绿城·义乌凤栖逸庐深挖属地文化底蕴，提取文脉符号，建筑以《浮玉山居图》为灵感原点，提取义乌莲湖文化的“隐逸基因”，将东方山水精神与国际现代极简美学巧妙融合，重构“国际东方”美学的空间范式。

绿城·义乌凤栖逸庐以宋代著名集会“西园雅集”为灵感打造面积达约2500㎡的泛会所，由水平线设计琚宾操刀，为高质量圈层社交提供多重选择的同时也为业主提供丰富的互动空间，满足业主在园区全年龄段家庭社交休闲娱乐需求。

Greentown Yiwu Fengqiyilu was inspired by the famous gathering of Xiyuan Ya Ji in the Song Dynasty to create a pan-club with an area of about 2,500 square meters. It was handled by Jubin, a horizontal line design, which provides multiple choices for high-quality circle social interaction while also providing owners with rich interactive space to meet the social and leisure and entertainment needs of all ages in the park.

项目配备私宴厅、茶室、影音室、健身房、艺术长廊、书吧和网球训练场等15大功能空间，“谈笑有鸿儒，往来无白丁”，将“西园雅集”中表现的理想化社交模式表达得淋漓尽致。

The project is equipped with 15 functional spaces including a private banquet hall, tea room, audio and video room, gym, art gallery, book bar and tennis training ground. There are great scholars in talking and laughing, but no white men in the exchanges, expressing the ideal social model expressed in the Xiyuan Elegant Collection to the fullest.

泳池的泡池区域设计全景玻璃幕墙，连通中心庭院，并配备桑拿房，让业主冬日泡温泉时可静享院内雪景；新增“女王空间”、瑜伽房， 为女主人们提供疗愈自我、自由社交的空间；营造一整条美术馆式的艺术线索，布局70余处艺术品点位，涵盖版画、雕塑、摄影及绘画等形态，以艺术浸润日常之美。

The pool area of the swimming pool is designed with a panoramic glass curtain wall, connecting the central courtyard, and equipped with a sauna, allowing owners to enjoy the snow scene in the courtyard when they bathe in the hot spring in winter; new Queen Space and yoga Room are added to provide the hostess with space to heal themselves and socialize freely; creating a whole gallery-style art clue, with more than 70 art locations, covering prints, sculptures, photography and paintings, etc., to immerse the beauty of daily life with art.
