House Linaza is located in one of the oldest streets in the historic centre of Antwerp and occupies a prime location. More than just a home, it is a testament to Antwerps rich heritage, carrying the storied history of this vibrant city.

The house has been carefully crafted by Maison Osain and has a unique design. In the selection of materials, the use of natural materials reflects the spirit of authenticity, while retaining original elements such as the timeless staircase, rustic ropes and wooden ceiling beams, so that the modern design is perfectly integrated with the historical charm.

On the ground floor is a spacious open-plan kitchen with a dining area and custom storage. High ceilings and wide Windows fill the space with natural light and connect to a cozy courtyard filled with tropical plants. A cohesive color palette is used to unify the entire house, with walls decorated with natural plaster, plank floors, and dark wooden furniture and decorations that together infuse each space with warmth, character, and elegance.

Between the first and second floors, there is a quiet corner with cushions for meditation or quiet reading. The second floor features a spacious living area, which is designed to promote relaxation and social gatherings. The adjacent dedicated work area provides an ideal environment for productivity and creativity to develop. An elegantly designed corridor connects the bathroom to the multifunctional area, which can be set up as two bedrooms or one bedroom depending on the needs, and flexible multifunctional Spaces ensure adaptability and comfort.

In addition, the house is equipped with a storage room with a new environmentally friendly central heating system, a laundry area and a large cellar for additional storage needs, enhancing the overall living experience.
