BAO is a widely known Taiwanese restaurant brand whose signature dish is a classic snack from Taiwan, Karibao, which is loved for its soft texture and diverse fillings. BAO made appropriate improvements to the traditional steamed bun and introduced a series of unique flavors to attract the publics favor.

由品牌内部的创意团队MATHS全新打造的餐厅和KTV体验店BAO City，位于伦敦的Square Mile中心。这不仅是一家餐厅，更是一个结合美食与娱乐的现代城市会客厅。内部温暖、亲切又不失精致，融合独特的创意表达，为客人带来感官与文化的双重体验。

BAO City, a new restaurant and KTV experience created by the brands in-house creative team MATHS, is located in the heart of Londons Square Mile. This is not only a restaurant, but also a modern urban meeting room combining food and entertainment. The interior is warm, intimate and sophisticated, with unique creative expressions, providing guests with both sensory and cultural experiences.

餐厅中央，两片独立发光的灯箱成为空间中的视觉焦点，樱桃木饰面的温润光泽与深红色缎面墙壁相辅相成，构建一种低调兼具品牌品味的用餐氛围。在柔和灯光的映衬下，整个场域充满了经典的魅力，又散发出现代的气息。

In the center of the restaurant, two separate glowing light boxes become the visual focal point of the space, and the warm gloss of the cherry wood finish is complemented by the deep red satin walls, creating a low-key dining atmosphere with a brand taste. Under the soft lighting, the whole field is full of classic charm, but also exudes a modern atmosphere.

几何元素贯穿于空间之中，每一处都体现着品牌与设计师对现代美学的独特理解，并得以重新演绎，其中，深红色皮革包裹的座椅区以简约而有力的形体语言建构了视觉的秩序。

Geometric elements permeate the space, each reflecting the brands and the designers unique understanding of modern aesthetics and reinterpreted, where the seating area wrapped in deep red leather creates visual order with a simple and powerful form language.

每张白色石材餐桌都搭配着一盏独立小型灯具，在为客人们提供柔和照明的同时，还为美食增添丰富的层次感。这些灯具不仅具有功能，光影轮替，为空间注入了一抹诗意。

Each white stone table is paired with a small individual light fixture, providing guests with soft lighting while adding a rich sense of hierarchy to the cuisine. These lamps are not only functional, light and shadow alternate, inject a touch of poetry into the space.

餐厅两侧设有KTV包房，其灵感来源于BAO的“Lonely Man”概念，使这两个空间成为了设计的亮点之一。设计师通过结合优雅的座椅布局与功能性的巧妙方式，为客人提供了亲密且充满活力的社交体验，将音乐的动感与用餐的愉悦结合起来。

The restaurant is flanked by KTV rooms, inspired by BAOs Lonely Man concept, making these two Spaces one of the highlights of the design. By combining elegant seating layout with functionality, the designers provide guests with an intimate and vibrant social experience, combining the movement of music with the pleasure of dining.

小型的KTV包厢最多仅容纳10人，为客人们提供了一种更加私密的聚会体验；大型的包厢则可容纳22人，是朋友聚会或团队活动的理想选择。

The smaller KTV rooms can accommodate up to 10 people, providing guests with a more intimate party experience; The large box can accommodate up to 22 people, making it ideal for gatherings of friends or group activities.

包厢内，几何形座椅与主餐厅风格保持一致，以确保视觉上的连贯性。座位的排布形式不仅最大化地利用面积，还使置身其中的客人可享受到BAO的特色拼盘、鱼子酱炸鸡桶、咖喱酱炸薯条，以及特调鸡尾酒等美味。

Inside, the geometric seating is in keeping with the style of the main dining room to ensure visual coherence. The seating arrangement not only maximizes the area, but also allows guests to enjoy BAOs specialty platters, caviar chicken buckets, curry sauce fries, and special cocktails.

此外，包厢内的每一个设计细节都旨在表达对台湾文化的致敬，尤其是点缀其间的灯光与家具等元素，它们在低调中传递了一种经过精心构思的文化共鸣，让客人在不经意间体会到东方美学的精髓。

In addition, every design detail in the box is designed to express a tribute to Taiwanese culture, especially the elements such as lighting and furniture, which convey a carefully conceived cultural resonance in a low-key manner, allowing guests to unconsciously experience the essence of Oriental aesthetics.

灯光贯穿于整个BAO City，从主用餐区到KTV包厢，层次分明又和谐统一。餐厅内柔和光照为晚餐增添温馨的氛围，而包厢中的灯光则以戏剧性的动态效果，烘托聚会的热闹气氛。

The lighting runs through the whole BAO City, from the main dining area to the KTV box, the hierarchy is clear and harmonious. The soft lighting in the dining room adds a warm atmosphere to the dinner, while the lighting in the balcony adds a dramatic dynamic effect to the lively atmosphere of the party.

餐厅内的每一处光影都体现着设计团队对功能与艺术综合考虑的精妙平衡，打造出沉浸式的空间体验。使得BAO City不局限于一家餐厅，更为访客呈现一场美学、文化与设计的盛宴，让客人尽享视觉、味觉与情感的多重愉悦。

Every light and shadow in the restaurant reflects the design teams delicate balance of functional and artistic considerations to create an immersive spatial experience. BAO City is not limited to a restaurant, but also presents a feast of aesthetics, culture and design to visitors, so that guests can enjoy the multiple pleasures of vision, taste and emotion.
