Casa Aire 是一座坐落于哥伦比亚安蒂奥基亚省麦德林山谷的住宅，由当地著名设计工作室 Cinco Sólidos 打造。这座房子名副其实——“云端的房子”，不仅因其坐落于山顶的高耸位置与云层融为一体，更因其轻盈、空灵和低调的建筑风格，仿佛漂浮在天空之中。这座占地500平方米的住宅及400平方米的露台，专为哥伦比亚知名艺术家 J Balvin 设计，他全程深度参与了设计的每一个细节。

Casa Aire is a home in the Medellin Valley of Antioquia, Colombia, created by renowned local design studio Cinco Solidos. The house lives up to its name - the House in the clouds - not only because of its high position on the top of the hill, which blends in with the clouds, but also because of its light, ethereal and understated architecture, which seems to float in the sky. The 500-square-metre residence with a 400-square-metre terrace was designed for Colombian artist J Balvin, who was deeply involved in every detail of the design.

At the heart of Casa Aires design is a strong connection between the building and the surrounding landscape. The house is built on the hillside, facing the magnificent valley and the lagoon beyond, creating a sense of suspension through cantilevered design and expansive views. To further integrate into the landscape, the design team deliberately created a water mirror to integrate the reflection of the sky and landscape into the architecture of the house, creating an atmosphere of harmonious coexistence with nature. Water and green are key elements in this project - the light green architectural tones and concrete textures are cleverly integrated to mimic the surrounding natural colors, making the house appear to grow on the land.

社交区域设计极具开放性和流动感。宽敞的客厅通过滑动玻璃门与半遮盖的露台相连，这些门可以完全打开，营造出室内外无缝连接的错觉。在家具选择上，设计团队倾向于轻盈感和交流性，例如由 Paulin Paulin Paulin 设计的绿色沙发，以及工作室自家品牌 5Solids Objects 打造的石材桌子，以刚性与有机曲线的对比展现优雅与趣味。厨房也延续了整体设计理念，保持简约与低调，线性灯具与房屋结构融为一体，台面与橱柜采用相同的 Neolith 材质和灰色调，使得厨房功能性与隐形美感完美结合。

The social areas are designed to feel very open and fluid. The spacious living room is connected to a half-covered terrace by sliding glass doors that can be fully opened to create the illusion of a seamless connection between interior and exterior. In the furniture selection, the design team leaned toward lightness and communication, such as the green sofa by Paulin Paulin and the stone table created by the studios own brand, 5Solids Objects, to show elegance and fun in contrast to rigidity and organic curves. The kitchen also continues the overall design concept, keeping simple and low-key, linear lighting and house structure integrated, countertops and cabinets using the same Neolith material and gray tone, making the kitchen function and invisible beauty perfect combination.

右侧的夜间区域包括三间卧室，所有房间都通向一个宽敞的露台，配备室外起居区、餐厅、游泳池和高架篮球场。卧室设计低调优雅，同时保持轻松与趣味的平衡，每一间都成为房屋其他空间的自然延续。主卧室通过一座小型垂直翼楼与健身房和水疗区相连，提供全方位的放松和健康体验，窗外的壮丽景色更为这些空间增添了迷人魅力。

The night area to the right consists of three bedrooms, all of which open onto a spacious terrace with outdoor living area, dining room, swimming pool and elevated basketball court. The bedrooms are designed with understated elegance while maintaining a balance of ease and fun, each a natural continuation of the rest of the house. The master bedroom is connected to the gym and spa area by a small vertical wing, offering a full range of relaxation and wellness experiences, with stunning views from the Windows adding to the charm of these Spaces.

照明设计极具戏剧性和灵活性。设计团队将灯光视为建筑的一部分，通过昏暗且可调光的系统，赋予夜晚的空间截然不同的氛围。手工打造的绿色吊灯为房屋增添了向上与向下的照明效果，强化了光与影的对比，给人以深刻的空间感受。

The lighting design is dramatic and flexible. The design team treated lighting as part of the building, giving the night space a distinct atmosphere through a dim and dimmable system. Hand-crafted green chandeliers add up and down lighting to the house, enhancing the contrast between light and shadow and giving a deep sense of space.

Casa Aire is a functional and aesthetic residence that is not only a residence for an artist, but also a dialogue between man and nature. As designer Maria Jose Fernandez put it, Architecture should awaken emotions. Every project is an opportunity to rediscover. Casa Aires meticulous attention to detail creates an enchanting paradise in the clouds that brings peace and contentment to its occupants.
