在北京，家的终极意义不是奢华堆砌，而是为居住者量身打造的精神容器。CUN以重构空间格局、适配夫妻生活时序、注入空间趣味为核心，平衡美术馆级质感与日常烟火，打造高级松弛、专属温暖的生活美学场域。

In Beijing, the ultimate meaning of home is not lavish opulence, but a spiritual vessel tailored to those who inhabit it. CUN takes reconfiguring spatial layouts, adapting to the couple’s daily rhythms, and infusing spaces with delight as its core principles—balancing gallery‑level texture with the warmth of everyday life—to create a living aesthetic defined by refined ease and exclusive warmth.

质感为骨：克制美学里的细腻碰撞

Texture as the Bone: Delicate Collision in Restrained Aesthetics

我们摒弃悬浮的视觉展陈，以细腻艺术涂料为基底，如国画宣纸般温柔漫反射自然光，消解空间棱角，奠定松弛温润的基调。

We abandon suspended visual exhibits, using delicate art paint as the base—like rice paper in traditional Chinese painting—to softly diffuse natural light, soften spatial edges and lay a relaxed and warm foundation.

搭配精准黑线勾勒边界、黄铜视觉锚点与通铺天然石材，让金属光泽、石材温润、线条韵律形成自然材质对话；轻盈纱帘滤过光影，让静态空间随时间流转焕发生命力。

Paired with precision black line boundaries, brass visual anchors and seamless natural stone flooring, metallic luster, warm stone and line rhythm form a natural material dialogue; light sheer curtains filter light and shadow, endowing the static space with vitality that shifts with time.

秩序为脉：贴合二人的分层生活轴

Order as the Vein: Layered Life Axis Aligned with the Couple’s Rhythm

以垂直动线重构空间结构，贴合二人 “日常陪伴、独处松弛、社交不扰” 的生活节奏，让空间层级与生活需求精准匹配。

We restructure the space with vertical circulation, aligning with the couple’s daily rhythm of "daily companionship, private relaxation, and undisturbed socializing", ensuring spatial layers perfectly match life needs.

垂直生活叙事在空间里分层生长

A vertical life narrative, layered in space.

我们重新梳理了房屋结构与动线，按时间与场景分层布局：一层为日常餐厨烟火区，二层为夫妻专属私密区，地下层为社交聚会区，实现主客分区、动静分离，完美适配两人从早到晚、从独处到欢聚的完整生活节奏。

We reorganized the house’s structure and circulation, arranging spaces by time and scenario: the first floor for daily dining and living, the second floor as a private retreat for the couple, and the basement for social gatherings. This separation of public and private, active and quiet zones perfectly matches the couple’s full daily rhythm—from morning to night, from solitude to company.

生活为魂：二人趣味藏进空间肌理

Life as the Soul: Couple’s delights in spatial texture.

设计始终围绕二人生活，将审美偏好与生活习惯融入每一处细节，让空间成为生活的自然延伸，处处藏着专属趣味。

The design always centers on the couple’s life, integrating aesthetic preferences and living habits into every detail, making the space a natural extension of life with exclusive fun hidden everywhere.

随生活生长的留白

Growing Negative Space:

预留可拓展墙面与模块化收纳，二人可随生活阶段变化，自由悬挂画作、摆放藏品，或调整收纳布局适配新需求。空间不再是定格的成品，而是随二人生活共同生长的 “活的容器”。

Reserved expandable walls and modular storage allow the couple to freely hang paintings, place collections or adjust storage layouts to adapt to new needs as life stages change. The space is no longer a fixed finished product, but a "living container" that grows with the couple’s life.

审美与功能的共生

Symbiosis of Aesthetics and Function:

女主人偏爱的黄铜构件、几何线条，不仅是视觉符号，更是实用设计的一部分 —— 黄铜拉手耐磨损且随时间形成独特包浆，几何线条划分收纳区让物品归置更有序；定制的纱帘纹理与墙面艺术涂料呼应，让审美从视觉延伸至触感。

The brass hardware and geometric lines favored by the female host are not just visual symbols, but part of practical design—brass handles are wear-resistant and form a unique patina over time, while geometric lines divide storage areas for neater organization; the customized curtain texture echoes the wall art paint, extending aesthetics from vision to touch.

地下层特设男主人专属沉浸式私域与密室，既是他隔绝喧嚣、静心思考的港湾，也是展示个人情怀的舞台。

An immersive private area and a custom secret chamber are specially designed in the basement for the male host—a haven to escape hustle for contemplation and a stage to showcase his sentiments.

密室内规划扇子收藏陈列区，每把扇子承载其审美与情怀，在光影中尽显东方雅韵；

A fan collection area displays his fans, each embodying his taste and exuding Oriental charm in light and shadow.

专属渔具展示区，将他对户外自然的热爱藏于家中，每一件渔具都是探索印记。闲暇时，他在此煮茶品茗，赏扇观渔具，于雅趣与自然交融间，卸下疲惫、回归本真。

The fishing gear display area houses his love for the outdoors, with each piece marking his exploration. In leisure, he brews tea here, admiring fans and fishing gear, relieving fatigue and returning to his true self.

结语

Conclusion

最终完成的，是一套贴合二人生活的空间体系：以重构的结构承载日常烟火，以贴合的节奏安放独处与社交，以巧思的细节注入专属趣味。它不是奢华的展示场，而是北京都市喧嚣中，专属于二人的松弛归处，让生活在美学中自然流淌，让家成为彼此最温暖的生活注脚。

What was ultimately created was a spatial system tailored to the lives of two: a restructured framework to carry the rhythm of daily life, a well-suited pace to balance solitude and social moments, and thoughtful details to infuse unique charm. It is not a showcase of luxury, but a relaxed retreat for the two amid the bustle of Beijing—a place where life flows naturally within aesthetics, and where home becomes the warmest footnote to their shared journey.
