这处约200平方米的住宅，坐落于法国比亚里茨（Biarritz）一栋19世纪海滨建筑内，正对着大西洋的辽阔水域，将当地最具标志性的海滩景致尽收眼底。该项目由室内设计师卡米耶·拉维涅（Camille Lavigne）主持完成。她曾师从皮埃尔·约万诺维奇（Pierre Yovanovitch），在本案中延续了其一贯的克制设计风格与高度审美，为业主打造出一处兼顾日常居住需求与艺术表达的海岸居所。业主是一对居住于日内瓦的意大利夫妇，住宅在改造前几乎完整保留着20世纪70年代的原貌，这种时间上的停滞反而为后续设计提供了充分而清晰的发挥空间和重塑契机。

This approximately 200-square-meter residence is located within a 19th-century seaside building in Biarritz, France. It faces the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, offering a panoramic view of the most iconic beach scenery in the area. The project was completed by interior designer Camille Lavigne, who studied under Pierre Yovanovitch. In this case, she continued her usual restrained design style and high aesthetic standards, creating a coastal residence that combines daily living needs with artistic expression for the homeowners. The homeowners are an Italian couple living in Geneva. The residence was almost completely preserved in its 1970s original state before renovation, and this temporal stagnation actually provided ample and clear space for subsequent design and a chance to reshape it.

设计的出发点并未停留在具象的海洋意象，而是试图通过空间语言回应自然的节奏与地域特有的精神气质。拉维涅甄选质感质朴却触感细腻的材料，用柔和连贯的线条梳理空间秩序，悄然呼应着海浪、岩层与海风的灵动姿态。入口穹顶绘有金色太阳图案，为归家之路勾勒出充满仪式感的过渡；起居空间以温润赭石色为主调，卵石造型的茶几搭配波纹肌理地毯，与窗外真实的海岸风光形成含蓄又和谐的呼应。儿童房则以壁画铺陈水下植物与海岸森林景致，将比亚里茨从海洋延伸至内陆的自然层次，悄然融入日常起居之中。

The design did not merely focus on concrete ocean imagery. Instead, it aimed to respond to the natural rhythm and the unique spiritual temperament of the region through spatial language. Lavigne selected materials with simple textures but delicate touch, using gentle and continuous lines to organize the spatial order, subtly echoing the dynamic postures of waves, rock formations and sea breezes. The entrance dome is painted with a golden sun pattern, outlining a ritualistic transition for the way home. The living space is dominated by warm ochre tones, with a stone-shaped coffee table paired with a textured carpet with wave patterns, forming a subtle and harmonious response to the real coastal scenery outside the window. The childrens room uses murals to depict underwater plants and coastal forest scenes, extending the natural layers of Biarritz from the ocean to the inland, seamlessly integrating them into daily living.

住宅内部的各功能空间，既各自独立又氛围感十足。厨房以做旧拉丝黄铜打造整体柜体，设计灵感源自吉奥·庞蒂的屏风作品，在雕塑感与功能隐蔽性之间取得平衡。主卧则明显转向一种近似日本旅馆的静谧状态，和纸屏风、球形灯具，以及以灰蓝色大理石完成的浴室空间，共同营造出内敛而自省的私人领域。整体设计在延续比亚里茨装饰艺术（Art Déco）传统精神的同时，通过当代工艺与高度定制的细节处理，确立了一种超越度假属性、面向长期居住的空间美学。

The various functional spaces within the residence are both independent and have a strong atmosphere. The kitchen features a distressed brushed brass for the overall cabinet, with the design inspiration drawn from Giò Pontis screen works. It strikes a balance between sculptural form and functional concealment. The master bedroom has clearly shifted towards a more serene state reminiscent of a Japanese inn. The paper screens, spherical lamps, and the bathroom space completed with gray-blue marble together create an intimate and introspective private domain. The overall design, while continuing the artistic tradition of Biarritz (Art Déco), establishes a spatial aesthetic that transcends the nature of a vacation and is oriented towards long-term living through contemporary craftsmanship and highly customized details.
