In the century-old industrial building Nordelec at the intersection of St. Patrick Street and Hiller Street in Montreal, Ivy Studio transformed the 1913 historical heritage into a pioneering indoor golf social venue - MUNI Indoor Golf Club. The 645-square-meter space is designed with the collision of industrial roughness and golf elegance as the core. Through material collage, light and shadow narrative and functional reorganization, a new sports social landmark with both technological immersion and social warmth is created between the exposed concrete beams and columns.

在蒙特利尔圣帕特里克街与希勒街交汇处的百年工业建筑 Nordelec 内，Ivy Studio 将 1913 年的历史遗产转化为先锋室内高尔夫社交场 —— 穆尼俱乐部（MUNI Indoor Golf Club）。这座 645 平方米的空间以 “工业粗粝感与高尔夫优雅性的碰撞” 为设计核心，通过材质拼贴、光影叙事与功能重组，在裸露的混凝土梁柱间打造出兼具科技沉浸感与社交温度的新型运动社交地标。

The double-height entrance hall is designed with the image of an emerald box: the reception desk with dark green oak veneer is embedded in the exposed red brick wall like a precision instrument, and the countertop is embedded with a hidden electronic screen that can display member reservation information in real time. The display racks in the retail area on the left are transformed from old factory conveyor belts. The metal brackets retain the original rust. The golf clubs and clothing in the glass display cabinets look like exhibits from the industrial age under the warm light. The treads of the concrete stairs are embedded with LED light strips, and the wooden drawers on the side of the steps can display limited edition golf clubs, making the passageway a flowing display window.

双挑高的入口大厅以 “绿宝石匣” 为设计意象：深绿色橡木饰面的接待台如精密仪器般嵌入裸露的红砖墙面，台面嵌入隐藏式电子屏，可实时显示会员预约信息。左侧零售区的展架由旧工厂传送带改造而成，金属支架保留原始锈迹，玻璃展柜内的高尔夫球杆与服装在暖光下宛如工业时代的展品。混凝土楼梯的踏面嵌入 LED 灯带，台阶侧面的木质抽屉可展示限量版球具，使通行路径成为流动的陈列橱窗。

The central corridor runs through the entire venue as the spine. The seven simulated practice rooms on the left are based on the concept of golf living room: each is equipped with a custom high-legged table (with a scorecard tablet embedded in the tabletop), burgundy velvet booths and a sunken lounge area. The walls are covered with wavy green grass pattern carpets, and the checkerboard light box on the top projects a light and shadow matrix like a golf course lawn. The dining area on the right is inspired by the club salon: the raised booths with dark green and navy blue striped fabrics define the dining area, the zigzag stainless steel countertop of the central bar extends to the ceiling, and three curved screens are embedded to play live events. The wine rack at the back is built with old railroad sleepers, and the whiskey bottles reflect amber light under the exposed concrete beams.

中央走廊作为 “脊柱” 贯穿全场，左侧七间模拟练习室以 “高尔夫客厅” 为概念：每间配备定制高脚桌（桌面嵌入 Scorecard 平板）、酒红色天鹅绒卡座与下沉式休息区，墙面采用波浪纹绿草图案地毯，顶部的棋盘格灯箱投射出如高尔夫球场草坪的光影矩阵。右侧餐饮区则以 “俱乐部沙龙” 为灵感：深绿与海军蓝条纹布艺的抬高卡座界定用餐区域，中央吧台的折线形不锈钢台面延伸至天花板，内嵌三块曲面屏播放赛事直播，后方酒架以旧铁轨枕木搭建，威士忌酒瓶在裸露的混凝土梁下折射出琥珀色光芒。

The original red brick walls, concrete floors and steel trusses of the building are retained, and only structural reinforcement and surface varnish treatment are carried out. The exposed bolts and repair marks become the time tattoo of the space. Warm-colored materials are introduced in key areas to soften the space: the red oak veneer panels on the restaurant walls are spliced at 45 degrees to create a three-dimensional effect, simulating the texture of the wooden grip of a golf club; the curtains in the simulation room are made of dark green velvet, which form a private battling box when closed, and the industrial aesthetics of the corridor can be seen when opened.

保留原始建筑的红砖墙体、混凝土楼板与钢桁架，仅进行结构加固与表面清漆处理，裸露的螺栓与修补痕迹成为空间的 “时间纹身”。在关键区域引入暖色系材质进行软化：餐厅墙面的红橡木饰面板以 45 度斜拼工艺营造立体感，模拟高尔夫球杆的木质握把纹理；模拟室的窗帘采用深绿色天鹅绒，拉合时形成私密的 “击球包厢”，拉开则可看到走廊的工业美学全景。

The main color is green, which is matched with ball bag red and metallic silver to form a visual triangle: the dark green oak of the reception desk corresponds to the green grass, the cherry red marble countertop of the bar echoes the caddy uniform, and the stainless steel wine rack and the metal frame of the simulator are in line with the chrome parts of the club. The floor material changes with the function: the corridor uses exposed concrete with retained aggregate, the simulation room is paved with nylon carpet with grass texture, and the dining area is defined by herringbone parquet oak flooring, as if the tee-field-fairway-green of the golf course is miniaturized indoors.

以 “果岭绿” 为主色调，搭配 “球包红” 与 “金属银” 形成视觉三角：接待台的深绿橡木对应果岭草皮，吧台的樱桃红大理石台面呼应球童制服，不锈钢酒架与模拟器金属框架则暗合球杆的镀铬部件。地面材质随功能切换：走廊采用保留骨料的清水混凝土，模拟室铺设带草纹肌理的尼龙地毯，餐饮区则以人字形拼花橡木地板界定，如同将高尔夫球场的 “发球台 — 球道 — 果岭” 微缩于室内。

The giant light box hanging above the reception desk is the visual heart of the space: a diffuse-reflective acrylic panel is inlaid in a dark green wooden frame. Light shines through the golf ball dimple pattern on the surface, projecting a circular light spot with a diameter of 3 meters on the ground. When viewed from the street at night, it looks like a suspended green planet.

接待台上方悬挂的巨型灯箱是空间的视觉心脏：深绿色木质外框内镶嵌漫反射亚克力板，光线透过表面的高尔夫球凹痕图案，在地面投射出直径 3 米的圆形光斑，夜晚从街道望去，宛如悬浮的绿色星球。

90% of the original building structure was retained, with steel reinforcement added only where necessary. The concrete beams and columns were repaired using a new-old contrast process - the cracks were filled with transparent epoxy resin and embedded with LED optical fibers, which flickered like star tracks at night. The red bricks recycled during the demolition process were washed and used to build the bar base, and the broken brick slag was mixed with concrete waste to make the counterweight wall of the simulation room, achieving zero transportation of construction waste.

保留 90% 的原始建筑结构，仅在必要位置增设钢结构加固，混凝土梁柱的修补采用 “新旧对比” 工艺 —— 裂缝处填充透明环氧树脂，内嵌 LED 光纤，夜晚如星轨般闪烁。拆除过程中回收的红砖经清洗后用于吧台基座的砌筑，碎砖渣与混凝土废料混合制成模拟室的配重墙，实现 “建筑废料零外运”。

The simulation room uses a dual-mode lighting system: when hitting the ball, the top track spotlight focuses on the hitting area, and the cold white light with a color temperature of 6500K accurately restores the outdoor light; when resting, the checkerboard light box switches to warm yellow, and the footlights under the booths outline the contours, creating a bar-like relaxing atmosphere. The flag chandelier in the dining area is composed of a triangular golf flag-shaped fabric lampshade. The warm light is softly diffused through the air holes on the flag, and together with the retro golf posters on the wall, it weaves a nostalgic filter.

模拟室采用 “双模式灯光系统”：击球时，顶部轨道射灯聚焦打击区，色温 6500K 的冷白光精准还原户外光线；休憩时，棋盘格灯箱切换为暖黄色，卡座下方的地脚灯勾勒轮廓，营造酒吧般的松弛氛围。餐饮区的 “旗帜吊灯” 由三角高尔夫旗造型的布艺灯罩组成，暖光透过旗面的透气孔形成柔和漫射，与墙面的复古高尔夫海报共同编织怀旧滤镜。

The simulation rooms fresh air system is equipped with a PM2.5 purification and humidity control module, which reduces energy consumption by 40% compared to traditional venues; the LED lighting system integrates human body sensing and daylight collection functions, and automatically adjusts to 30% brightness during non-use periods. The kitchen in the dining area uses high-efficiency fume purification equipment, and its emission indicators are 50% better than the Montreal municipal standard. The localization rate of the food supply chain reaches 70%, reducing the carbon footprint of transportation.

模拟室的新风系统搭载 PM2.5 净化与湿度调节模块，能耗较传统场馆降低 40%；LED 照明系统集成人体感应与日光采集功能，非使用时段自动调至 30% 亮度。餐饮区的厨房采用高效油烟净化设备，排放指标优于蒙特利尔市政标准 50%，食材供应链本地化率达 70%，减少运输碳足迹。

The innovation of Mooney Club lies in breaking the inherent mode of technology first in indoor golf and transforming it into a composite scene of sports   dining   socializing - here, concrete beams and columns are witnesses of history, green grass carpets are invitations to nature, and stainless steel bars are technology converters. After completing the 18-hole challenge in the simulation room, golfers can directly start whiskey tasting in the booth next to them, or exchange swing tips with strangers in the industrial-style corridor. Ivy Studio proves with design that a true modern sports space should not be a cold technical container, but an urban living room that carries stories and connects emotions. As the founder of the club said: What we sell is not swing data, but the pure joy of sharing a small white ball with friends in the steel forest.

穆尼俱乐部的革新性，在于打破室内高尔夫 “技术至上” 的固有模式，将其转化为 “运动   餐饮   社交” 的复合场景 —— 在这里，混凝土梁柱是历史的见证者，绿草纹地毯是自然的邀请函，不锈钢吧台是科技的转换器。当球手在模拟室完成 18 洞挑战后，可直接在邻座的卡座开启威士忌品鉴，或是在工业风的走廊与陌生人交换挥杆心得。Ivy Studio 用设计证明：真正的现代运动空间，不应是冰冷的技术容器，而该是承载故事、连接情感的 “城市客厅”。正如俱乐部创始人所言：“我们贩卖的不是挥杆数据，而是在钢铁森林里，与朋友共享一颗小白球的纯粹快乐。”
