谢柯的设计始终带有一种松弛感,而在三亚,自然、人文,慢节奏生活共同催化身心的释放,先天生长松弛感。人与城的同频,造就观岚的底色。
“去除城市感,构建度假感” --尚壹扬设计创始人 谢柯
这是华润合作谢柯的理由,而为实现这一愿景,他们给予了设计足够的尊重和自由。“我们从相地阶段开始介入,甚至影响了拿地的面积。”市中心2万多方苗圃环绕的场地为设计提供了充分发挥空间,为情景切换提供了充足土壤,也为体验动线提供了足够长度。谢柯用度假酒店的手法创造一处目的地,再次颠覆售楼处。

忘记抵达三亚的舟车劳顿,忘记路上的城市喧嚣,在层层递进的情绪里,不断剥离,不断融入。这是度假的意义,也是观岚希望打造与传递的生活理念。

谢柯打造的这组建筑低矮匍匐,与大地无限接近,自形态便与城市高楼泾渭分明,于此,所有被城市钝化的感知如雨后藤蔓般舒展疯长。

“在高周转时期,售楼空间往往用最快的动线清晰展示产品,以便于快速促成交易。而如今,感性与理性结合方具备打动力”。有意拉长的动线弱化了“强销”属性,构筑出一个真正意义的体验中心,激发着多次抵达、多次交流。

共情力与沉浸感成为建筑与室内设计的重要议题,整个空间看不到沙盘,而是在足够的情绪浓度中,将“度假”二字充分演绎——像是一部量身定制的情景剧。

“在有限的空间里, 每一处景色、每一件家具或陈设、每一丝细节都经过设计,我们创造出大量的停留点,让人拍照、打卡,并形成传播效应。”谢柯说。

与其说设计空间,不如说是一场对生活本真的探寻之旅。摒弃繁复的装饰,还原材料的本真面貌——景观树木被保留,材料的原始质感被保留,允许时间在它们身上继续撰写未完的诗篇。
Rather than designing space, it is a journey to explore the truth of life. Abandon the complicated decoration, return the original appearance of raw materials - landscape trees are preserved, the original texture of materials is preserved, allowing time to continue writing unfinished poems on them.
当工业文明追求无菌的完美时,华润与谢柯造一方净土,用砂纸小心擦拭覆盖在真实之上的脂粉。

柔性的、质朴的材质成为体验中心的首选项。黑色的炭化木、涂料被大范围使用,设计师有意用反商业的方式来营造商业空间。
Flexible, rustic materials become the preferred choice for experience centers. Black carbonized wood and paint are widely used, and designers intentionally create commercial Spaces in an anti-commercial way.
“传统售楼处很少用木材,因它不耐久。但我们却很钟爱这种材质,也因它的‘不耐久’。”谢柯说。将文明的滤镜摘下,对视世界未被美颜的瞳孔,这是他一贯的坚持。
