这是华润合作谢柯的理由，而为实现这一愿景，他们给予了设计足够的尊重和自由。“我们从相地阶段开始介入，甚至影响了拿地的面积。”市中心2万多方苗圃环绕的场地为设计提供了充分发挥空间，为情景切换提供了充足土壤，也为体验动线提供了足够长度。谢柯用度假酒店的手法创造一处目的地，再次颠覆售楼处。

忘记抵达三亚的舟车劳顿，忘记路上的城市喧嚣，在层层递进的情绪里，不断剥离，不断融入。这是度假的意义，也是观岚希望打造与传递的生活理念。

谢柯打造的这组建筑低矮匍匐，与大地无限接近，自形态便与城市高楼泾渭分明，于此，所有被城市钝化的感知如雨后藤蔓般舒展疯长。

This group of buildings created by Xie Ke are low and creeping, close to the earth, and have been completely different from the urban tall buildings since their form, where all the perceptions of the passivity of the city stretch out like vines after the rain.

风掠过棕榈叶的震颤，落日坠入海平线时细微的色温变化，关于海岸生活的无尽想象……均被建筑悉心承接。这座林间院的悠长动线里，时间停留，心亦停留。

The flutter of the wind over the palm leaves, the subtle changes in color temperature as the sunset sinks into the sea, the endless imagination of life on the coast... All were carefully undertaken by the building. In the long moving line of this forest yard, time stays, and the heart stays.

“在高周转时期，售楼空间往往用最快的动线清晰展示产品，以便于快速促成交易。而如今，感性与理性结合方具备打动力”。有意拉长的动线弱化了“强销”属性，构筑出一个真正意义的体验中心，激发着多次抵达、多次交流。

In high turnover periods, the sales space often uses the fastest moving line to clearly display the product in order to facilitate rapid transaction. Today, the combination of emotion and reason has momentum. The deliberately elongated moving line weakens the strong pin attribute and builds a true experience center that inspires multiple arrivals and multiple exchanges.

共情力与沉浸感成为建筑与室内设计的重要议题，整个空间看不到沙盘，而是在足够的情绪浓度中，将“度假”二字充分演绎——像是一部量身定制的情景剧。

Empathy and immersion become important issues in architecture and interior design, and the entire space does not see the sand table, but in sufficient emotional concentration, the word vacation is fully interpreted - like a tailored situational drama.

“在有限的空间里， 每一处景色、每一件家具或陈设、每一丝细节都经过设计，我们创造出大量的停留点，让人拍照、打卡，并形成传播效应。”谢柯说。

在设计师的桥段里，参观之后的内容共创亦是“设计”的一部分，在弱化交易、强化体验的同时，不疾不徐地在来访者心中埋下种子，让松弛生活的想象持续积淀，破土生长。

“快速动线、逼迫式销售场景不复存在，我们希望客人沉浸下来，体悟生活，发现美”。在慢节奏中，娓娓道来项目的理念、生活的理解，设计无为，成就万物。

Fast moving line, forced sales scene no longer exists, we hope guests immerse down, understand life, find beauty. In the slow pace, the concept of the project, the understanding of life, the design of inaction, the achievement of everything.

与其说设计空间，不如说是一场对生活本真的探寻之旅。摒弃繁复的装饰，还原材料的本真面貌——景观树木被保留，材料的原始质感被保留，允许时间在它们身上继续撰写未完的诗篇。

Rather than designing space, it is a journey to explore the truth of life. Abandon the complicated decoration, return the original appearance of raw materials - landscape trees are preserved, the original texture of materials is preserved, allowing time to continue writing unfinished poems on them.

当工业文明追求无菌的完美时，华润与谢柯造一方净土，用砂纸小心擦拭覆盖在真实之上的脂粉。

柔性的、质朴的材质成为体验中心的首选项。黑色的炭化木、涂料被大范围使用，设计师有意用反商业的方式来营造商业空间。

Flexible, rustic materials become the preferred choice for experience centers. Black carbonized wood and paint are widely used, and designers intentionally create commercial Spaces in an anti-commercial way.

“传统售楼处很少用木材，因它不耐久。但我们却很钟爱这种材质，也因它的‘不耐久’。”谢柯说。将文明的滤镜摘下，对视世界未被美颜的瞳孔，这是他一贯的坚持。

Wood is rarely used in traditional sales offices because it is not durable. But we love this material because its not durable. Xie Ke said. Take off the filter of civilization and look at the pupil of the world that has not been beautiful, this is his consistent insistence.

光阴百代，自然无常——这是度假酒店常常对话的议题。适度粗野，适度“不完美”，才能为日光留出孔隙，在留白处豢养光的涟漪，让度假得以度假。

当这些冲动在心中升腾，设计师完成了自己赋予体验中心的最后一幕戏，而你，成为生活的主角。空间的魔法，悄然显灵。
