The Spanish Revival-style residence in Palm Beach is a classic work of the SSS Design studio founded by Sarah Sherman Samuel. It deeply integrates the classic essence of Spanish Revival architecture with contemporary living needs, serving as a modern interpretation model of the regional architectural style in Palm Beach. The project continues the studios design core inspired by nature, blending the Wabi-sabi aesthetics with the iconic elements of the Spanish Revival style to create a living space that combines historical texture and the warmth of life.

建筑外立面恪守西班牙复兴风格的经典形制，以厚重的米白色灰泥墙面搭配红陶瓦坡顶，拱形门洞与铁艺栏杆的细节雕琢，呼应着棕榈滩地域的滨海建筑文脉，同时通过材质的自然肌理营造出岁月沉淀的质感，契合SSS Design追求的“不完美中的温暖”设计理念。

The buildings exterior facade adheres to the classic form of the Spanish Revival style. It features a thick off - white stucco wall paired with a red clay tile pitched roof. The detailed carving of the arched doorways and wrought - iron railings echoes the coastal architectural context of the Palm Beach region. Meanwhile, the natural texture of the materials creates a sense of historical precipitation, which is in line with the design concept of warmth in imperfection pursued by SSS Design.

室内设计采用整体化创作思路，从定制家具到墙面肌理皆由SSS Design全程打造，裸露的深色木质横梁、陶土地砖与手工石灰漆墙面形成材质对话，还原西班牙复兴风格的空间肌理。设计师将自然光影引入室内，拱形窗洞与开放式布局让空间与户外庭院相融，实现室内外生活的无缝衔接。

The interior design adheres to an integrated creative concept. From customized furniture to wall textures, the entire project is crafted by SSS Design. The exposed dark - colored wooden beams, terracotta floor tiles, and hand - painted lime - plastered walls engage in a material dialogue, restoring the spatial texture of the Spanish Revival style. The designer introduces natural light and shadow into the interior. The arched window openings and the open - plan layout allow the space to blend seamlessly with the outdoor courtyard, achieving a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

空间功能布局以居住者的生活叙事为核心，公共区域兼顾社交与日常使用需求，私密区域则强调静谧的休憩体验，所有设计细节皆服务于居住者的真实生活场景。这一设计既保留了西班牙复兴风格的建筑精髓，又以现代手法重构空间的实用性与审美性，成为地域风格与当代设计结合的典型实践。

The spatial functional layout is centered around the life narrative of the occupants. The public areas take into account both social interaction and daily usage needs, while the private areas emphasize a quiet rest experience. All design details serve the real life scenarios of the occupants. This design not only retains the essence of the Spanish Revival style but also reconfigures the practicality and aesthetics of the space with modern techniques, becoming a typical practice of combining regional style with contemporary design.
