The bungalow’s architectural identity is shaped by staggered, intersecting volumes that respond cleverly to the site’s constraints. A bold cantilevered front mass juts from an oversized corten steel box, its façade adorned with finely arranged MS strips that cast dynamic light and shadow patterns throughout the day. Below, a grounded grey volume clad in cement fluted sheets adds textural depth and visual balance to the elevation. This thoughtful composition not only maximizes natural light penetration but also creates layered privacy, turning the narrow plot into a spatially rich residence.

Every step into the home feels intentional, as the material palette of natural elements creates a warm, inviting transition from the exterior to the private living spaces, blending functionality with understated elegance.

The ground floor houses key living spaces—drawing room, family lounge, kitchen, dining, bedrooms, and prayer area—with the drawing room opening to the front garden, flooding the interiors with abundant daylight. At the home’s core, a double-height family sitting area clad in light beige cut stone and warm wooden lighting bands becomes a focal point. This space links different levels and opens to a landscaped rear garden with a gazebo and waterbody, fostering family connections amid nature’s beauty.
