"Haiken City Construction · Lucheng One" is situated in the heart of Sanya, adjacent to the Baopo New City Forest Park. It stands as a new high-end residential landmark in Sanya, embodying international vision, ecological integration, and livable development.

The project encompasses diverse functions ranging from marketing and reception areas to a high-end art clubhouse. It transforms a collection of spaces into a complete contemporary narrative deeply rooted in the philosophy of nature, ultimately creating an ideal living realm where the heart finds its anchorage and light finds its dwelling.

—Understated yet eloquent, it exudes the "quiet luxury" vibe that speaks volumes for a profound understanding of quality, spirituality, and an art-infused lifestyle.

接待区以有机自然的弧线构筑空间形态。背景墙用解构手法演化为立体装置画面，其前方的接待台静泊如舟，两者形成微妙互文的场景。侧畔凹龛内，苔藓绿意悄然漫溢，为空间注入一缕自然呼吸的生动。

The reception area is shaped by organic, natural curves.The backdrop wall is reinterpreted through a deconstructive approach into a three-dimensional installation, while the reception desk in front rests like a quietly docked boat—the two together forming a subtly dialoguing scenography. In a recessed niche to the side, moss-green tones gently spill forth, breathing a touch of vital, natural life into the space.

硬装设计以“流动的秩序”为内核，将几何形态转化为空间理性骨架，软装则植入在地文化特征的艺术品作为端景。形成理性与感性交融、秩序与诗意共鸣的当代精神栖所。

The hard interior design takes "flowing order" as its core,transforming geometric forms into the rational framework of the space.For the soft furnishings, artworks infused with local cultural characteristics are incorporated as focal points.The result is a contemporary spiritual sanctuary where rationality blends with sensibility,and order resonates with poetry.

线条、曲线，以最直观的动态演绎空间肌理，层层舒展、似海浪缓缓旋聚。中心主题雕塑「拾光」，呼应空间气质而生，通体晶莹，在暖黄色光影的流动中交织出灵动的生命姿态，其怀抱之中的贝壳，宛若由波光凝练而成，安然静卧闪烁着自然的叙事。

Lines and curves articulate the texture of space through their most immediate dynamic expression, unfolding layer upon layer like waves gently converging. The central thematic sculpture, "Gathering Light," emerges in resonance with the spatial atmosphere. Its crystalline form intertwines with the flow of warm amber light, weaving an agile, living gesture. Within its embrace, the shell appears condensed from shimmering waves, quietly glimmering with the narrative of nature.

南北洽谈区之间，一组灵感源自挥洒帆网的光影装置成为视觉焦点。它以柔和的造型悬垂于古铜色吧台上方，结合漫射光线，投下渐变光影，巧妙区隔并连接了两个区域。

Between the north and south consultation areas, a light-and-shadow installation—inspired by the fluid motion of sails and fishing nets—serves as the visual focal point. With its soft, flowing form suspended above a bronze-toned bar counter, it casts gradient shadows through diffused lighting, elegantly delineating yet seamlessly connecting the two zones.

四组半围合陶瓷屏风，定位于空间四角，成为精神性的视觉锚点。其圆弧造型与温润质感，柔化了建筑界面，创造出有风骨的留白。

Four semi-enclosed ceramic screens, positioned at the four corners of the space, serve as spiritual visual anchors. Their curved forms and gentle, tactile surfaces soften the architectural boundaries, creating a refined sense of intentional emptiness with quiet strength. This fosters a serene and welcoming atmosphere for conversation.

屏风之内，围合座具勾勒出一座座静谧岛屿，兼顾私密与开放，定下雅致基调。于此，或独处休憩，或商务洽谈，皆为适宜。手作花艺的生机与艺术雕塑的沉思，共同调和出令人心绪舒缓的隐贵之境。

Within the screens, semi-enclosed seating arrangements delineate tranquil islands—balancing privacy and openness, and subtly establishing a tone of quiet elegance. Here, whether for solitary respite or business discussions, the setting feels perfectly suited. The vitality of handcrafted floral arrangements and the contemplative presence of art sculptures harmoniously compose an atmosphere of serene, understated luxury that calms the mind.

北侧洽谈区融入大型文创展示台，空间生命力根植于「自然缩影」的哲学。这一理念不仅体现于展示台上下的精致造景，更延伸至专属定制的文创产品中。魔方、笔记本、按摩仪等日常之物，被赋予独特的项目视觉符号与趣味设计，在传统与创新的交汇点上，悄然焕发新生。

The vitality of the entire space stems from the philosophical concept of “a microcosm of life”— a notion expressed through the meticulously crafted vignettes displayed both above the文创 table and within the glass cases at its base, and further extended into bespoke cultural-creative products. Everyday objects—such as Rubik’s cubes, notebooks, and massagers— are reimagined with custom-designed visual motifs and playful aesthetics unique to the project, reinvigorated at the intersection of tradition and innovation.

VIP客户接待区，是未来生活的序章。它超越签约功能，成为一场关于自然、光影与归属的精神仪式。

低饱和的温和宁静，深木与铜的温厚，共构了空间基底。墙面悬起一轮流转的光。圆融如月，浅叠如花，旋动如涡，将浩瀚自然收束为一室流光。

The VIP client reception area is the prelude to future living.Transcending its functional role of contract signing,it becomes a spiritual ritual centered on nature, light and shadow, and a sense of belonging.

A flowing ring of light is suspended from the wall—round and serene as the moon, gently layered like petals, spiraling like a vortex,capturing the vastness of nature within a room filled with shifting light.A base palette of low-saturation tones evokes calm and tranquility,while deep wood and bronze add warmth and depth,together forming the foundational character of the space.

木构的层叠，让光影在褶皱间裁剪出灵动的起伏，似空亦满的留白，成为心境自由飞翔的容器。

Here, layered wooden structures allow light and shadow to carve dynamic patterns through their folds—and the intentional voids, simultaneously empty yet full, become vessels for the mind’s unfettered flight.

咖啡区静置于售楼处西侧，意在构筑一处更为松弛、可沉浸的休闲空间。木质格栅自墙面蔓延至天花，勾勒出光与影的秩序；而灵动的鸟巢造型，是水吧台的视觉落点。绿植掩映下，温煦光线与疏朗树影交织满室。文创趣玩环列周遭，目光所及皆是丰盈。在这里，生活与休闲的边界悄然消融，只余一片闲适散漫、身心舒展的自在氛围。

The coffee lounge is quietly nestled on the western side of the sales gallery, designed as a more relaxed and immersive leisure space. Wooden louvers extend seamlessly from the walls to the ceiling, articulating an orderly play of light and shadow, while the dynamic, nest-inspired water bar serves as the visual focal point of the counter. Bathed in dappled sunlight filtered through lush greenery, the space is filled with warm rays and gentle tree shadows. Surrounded by curated cultural-creative objects and playful accents, every glance reveals richness and delight. Here, the boundary between living and leisure gently dissolves, leaving only an atmosphere of ease, comfort, and unhurried well-being.

该休憩区以模块组合沙发为核心，环绕树池布局，形成自然的向心聚落。沙发与文创展示台以十字交叉造型有机组合，兼顾了社交、展示与把玩。一切妥帖的细节考量，共同编织出沉浸与安然。

This lounge area centers around modular sofas, arranged in a circular layout around a tree planter to form a natural, inward-focused gathering. The sofas and cultural-creative display units are organically integrated in a cross-shaped configuration, harmoniously accommodating social interaction, exhibition, and circulation. Every thoughtful detail coalesces to weave an atmosphere of immersion and tranquility.

专属定制的项目文创产品被有机地置入空间之内，成为可互动的趣味媒介。有效丰富了场景的体验层次，潜移默化地延长了客户的探索与停留时间，提升了空间的黏性与价值。

Exclusively customized project-branded cultural and creative products are seamlessly integrated into the space, serving as engaging, interactive touchpoints. They effectively enrich the experiential depth of the setting, subtly extending guests’ exploration and dwell time—thereby enhancing the space’s stickiness and overall value.

高定艺术会所位于建筑三层，集业主餐厅、包房、棋牌室、健身房、台球室及书画室等多功能于一体。其中，等候区以酒店大堂吧的形式呈现：金属纱笼之内，是精致的餐厅接待处；纱笼之外，设有沙发等候区，和巧妙依托承重柱围合而成的小型座位区。空间整体氛围现代而高雅。

The clubhouse is located on the third floor of the building, integrating multiple functions—including a residents’ restaurant, private dining rooms, a mahjong lounge, a gym, a billiards room, and a calligraphy-and-painting studio. Within this space, the waiting area is conceived in the style of a hotel lobby bar: Inside a delicate metal mesh enclosure sits the refined restaurant reception desk, while outside the enclosure lie a sofa seating area and intimate nooks—thoughtfully arranged around structural columns to create cozy, semi-enclosed seating zones. The overall ambiance is modern and sophisticated.

餐厅两间包房，通过推拉移门实现灵活隔断，满足30人宴会的使用场景。设计以项目标志性的松柏绿定调，呈现出一种沉稳大气中蕴藏含蓄张力的独特氛围，用当代美学诠释东方气韵。东方元素自墙面艺术贯穿至软装细节，一花之姿、一器之形、一灯之光，皆回应着同一种审美叙事。

The two private dining rooms can be flexibly partitioned via sliding doors, accommodating banquets for up to 30 guests.The design is anchored by the projects signature pine green, creating a unique atmosphere where serene grandeur contains a subtle tension, interpreting Eastern elegance through a contemporary aesthetic. Eastern elements extend from the wall art to every soft furnishing detail—the posture of a flower arrangement, the form of a vessel, the glow of a lamp—all responding to the same aesthetic narrative.

毗邻包房的小型休息区，秉承“以茶会客”的理念。其核心设计在于一面特色茶柜，内藏源自全国各地、具历史渊源与雅致名称的茶叶展示。

不仅系统呈现了茶文化的精髓，更增强了空间的赏玩与互动体验，强化本案为文化内涵沉浸体验而设计的深层逻辑。

Adjacent to the private dining rooms, a small lounge area embodies the philosophy of "receiving guests with tea." Its core design feature is a distinctive tea cabinet, displaying a curated collection of teas sourced from across the country, each with its own historical significance and poetic name.

This not only systematically presents the essence of tea culture but also enhances the spaces potential for appreciation and interactive experience, reinforcing the projects deeper design logic of creating immersive experiences rich in cultural meaning.

棋牌室，亦是业主们心照不宣的偏爱之地。这一方天地，以浅色铺陈基调，软装家具呈现儒雅舒适的肌理，墙面点缀与主题呼应的淡雅画作。所有元素共同作用，摒弃了喧闹，精妙地酿出一份专注而亲密的氛围，让人沉浸于智趣之交。

The mahjong room is likewise a space of unspoken yet shared preference among homeowners. This intimate realm is grounded in a light-toned palette, where soft furnishings and furniture exhibit refined and comfortable textures, and the walls are gently accented with understated artwork that echoes the overarching theme. All elements work in harmony, eschewing clamor to skillfully cultivate an atmosphere of focused intimacy, allowing one to become fully immersed in the exchange of wit and camaraderie.

书画室由两方条案共筑。一方静置于中央，另一方日常兼作玄关台，需要时便可并置，延伸出多人共作的尺度。

一株松柏自室内柱旁伸展而下，舒展的姿态与条案的方正、墙面上遒劲的书法画作，构成生动构图。空间的功能之“用”与意境之“雅”，在此悄然融合、彼此加强。

The study is framed by two calligraphy tables. One rests steadily at the center, while the other serves daily as an entry console and can be joined alongside when needed, extending the workspace for collaborative creation.

A pine tree extends gracefully down from beside an interior column. Its flowing form, together with the rectilinear tables and the vigorous brushwork of the wall-mounted calligraphy and painting, composes a vivid tableau. Here, the functional "utility" of the space and its artistic "beauty" quietly merge, each enhancing the other.

台球室延续了巧妙利用承重柱的设计策略，将其转化为休闲坐憩区。空间内系统陈列了主题相关的雕塑、艺术摆件与墙面画作，塑造出简洁而俊朗的空间个性。

The billiards room continues the design strategy of skillfully repurposing structural columns, transforming them into casual seating areas. A curated display of thematic sculptures, artistic objects, and wall paintings throughout the space shapes a clean-cut and dignified spatial character.
