The Therefor Group workplace project began with a pivotal conversation between Amicus (construction) and CEO Dan Best, where shared human-centric philosophies laid the collaboration foundation. Both sides believed people are the core of successful enterprises, so they joined hands with design firm Hot Black to create a space aligned with Therefor Group’s vision. This start wasn’t just about construction—it was a meeting of values, ensuring every design detail would prioritize the team’s needs over rigid aesthetics.

Therefor Group 办公空间项目的起点，源于建筑公司 Amicus 与 CEO 丹・贝斯特的一次关键对话。双方对 “以人为本” 理念的高度认同，奠定了合作基础。二者均坚信 “人是企业成功的核心”，因此携手设计公司 Hot Black，共同打造契合 Therefor Group 愿景的空间。这个开端并非单纯的建筑委托，而是价值观的共鸣，确保每处设计细节都以团队需求为先，而非拘泥于刻板的美学形式。

The design balances practicality and character, with openness and flexibility at its core. It accommodates diverse work modes—from focused individual tasks to collaborative brainstorming—while nurturing organic interaction. Sustainability shines through: curated materials and reused existing furniture prove sophisticated design and eco-responsibility can coexist. Imagine old desks repurposed with new finishes, paired with low-carbon materials—each choice tells a story of caring for the planet while creating a functional workspace.

该设计以 “开放” 与 “灵活” 为核心，在实用性与独特性间找到平衡，既能满足独立专注工作、协作头脑风暴等多样工作模式，又能促进自然的人际互动。可持续理念贯穿其中：精心挑选的环保材质与旧家具改造再利用，证明精致设计与环保责任可完美共存。试想旧办公桌经新饰面改造后重焕生机，搭配低碳建材 —— 每一个选择都在讲述 “关爱地球” 的故事，同时构建出功能完备的办公环境。

Biophilic design is a central theme, turning the office into a wellness-focused haven. Vibrant greenery is strategically placed—think potted ferns by windows, trailing vines on shelves—maximizing natural daylight that floods the 1040㎡ space. Enhanced acoustic elements muffle background noise, creating quiet corners for focus. Cutting-edge tech integrates seamlessly: intuitive video conferencing and full connectivity support hybrid work, letting remote team members feel as involved as those in the office.

亲生物设计是空间的核心主题，将办公室转变为聚焦健康的港湾。活力绿植被精心布局 —— 窗边的蕨类盆栽、书架上的垂吊藤蔓，搭配洒满 1040 平方米空间的充足自然光，营造出自然氛围。升级的声学设施削弱背景噪音，打造出可供专注工作的安静角落。尖端科技无缝融入：操作便捷的视频会议系统与全面的网络连接支持混合办公模式，让远程团队成员能与办公室内的同事一样，深度参与工作。

The space is divided into zones tailored to specific activities, supporting dynamic work patterns. Innovation hubs with whiteboards and modular furniture encourage spontaneous idea-sharing; informal breakout areas with cozy sofas invite casual chats. Dedicated workstations with ergonomic chairs ensure comfort for long tasks, while purposeful meeting rooms with soundproofing host focused discussions. Materials and finishes are selected to reflect Therefor Group’s brand—warm woods, muted brand colors—making the space feel uniquely theirs.

空间被划分为适配不同活动的功能区，支撑灵活的工作模式：配备白板与模块化家具的创新中心，激发即兴创意分享；摆放舒适沙发的休闲区，适合轻松交流；带人体工学椅的专属工位，为长时间工作提供舒适支撑；带隔音功能的专属会议室，承载专注的讨论。材质与饰面的选择均贴合 Therefor Group 的品牌调性 —— 温暖的木材、柔和的品牌色，让空间散发独属于该企业的气质。

The completed workspace isn’t just an office—it’s a physical manifestation of Therefor Group’s values. It boosts productivity and wellbeing: natural elements energize while bringing calm, aligning with the company’s environmental commitments. Tech-enhanced collaboration spaces have transformed team interaction, and the design’s flexibility ensures it can evolve with changing needs. Set to finish in 2025 in Brisbane, it transcends traditional offices, embodying the group’s progressive approach to work and employee experience.

完工后的办公空间并非单纯的 “办公室”，而是 Therefor Group 价值观的实体呈现。它既提升工作效率，又关注员工健康：自然元素带来活力与宁静，与企业的环保承诺相契合；科技赋能的协作空间改变了团队互动方式，灵活的设计则确保空间能随需求变化而调整。这座位于布里斯班、预计 2025 年完工的办公空间，超越了传统办公室的定义，成为该集团 “先进工作理念” 与 “重视员工体验” 的生动体现。
