Pember House 位于伦敦 NW10 区的肯萨尔赖斯（Kensal Rise），是一栋经过精心改造的五居室独立仓库住宅，由获奖建筑事务所 Powell Tuck Associates设计。建筑总面积超过 5,800 平方英尺，其空间布局充分保留了原有工业建筑的特色，同时通过现代设计手法实现了对功能与美学的双重提升。住宅内部原有的钢梁、柱体等工业元素得以保留，为开放式布局提供了灵活性，并与工程橡木地板、原始灰泥墙及不锈钢厨房等材质相结合，形成了兼具质感与温度的居住空间。

Pember House is located in Kensal Rise, NW10 area of London. It is a five-bedroom independent warehouse-style residence that has been meticulously renovated. It was designed by the award-winning architectural firm Powell Tuck Associates. The total building area exceeds 5,800 square feet. Its spatial layout fully retains the characteristics of the original industrial building while achieving a dual enhancement of functionality and aesthetics through modern design techniques. The original industrial elements such as steel beams and columns in the interior have been preserved, providing flexibility for the open layout and combining with engineered oak flooring, original plaster walls, and stainless steel kitchens, creating a living space with both texture and warmth.

住宅坐落于安静的街道上，通过电动门控前庭进入。高耸的 Crittall 大门被紫藤环绕，与对称立面形成呼应，引导进入开阔的门厅。左右两侧分别通向开放式厨房与餐厅区，厨房以不锈钢中岛为核心，辅以木质橱柜、石材台面和粉刷砖墙，光线从庭院及落地窗倾泻而入，形成室内外流动的视觉关系。庭院两侧的卧室均面向外部空间，其中一间卧室可直接通往庭院，配备独立浴室及石材洗手台和独立浴缸，另一间则共享对面浴室。所有卫浴设施均选用 Vola品牌。

The residence is located on a quiet street, accessible through an electrically controlled entrance porch. The towering Crittall gates are surrounded by wisteria, echoing the symmetrical facade, leading into an expansive foyer. On either side, there are open kitchens and dining areas. The kitchen features a stainless steel island as its core, complemented by wooden cabinets, stone countertops, and painted brick walls. Natural light pours in from the courtyard and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a flowing visual connection between indoors and outdoors. The bedrooms on both sides of the courtyard face the exterior space. One of them has direct access to the courtyard and is equipped with an independent bathroom, a stone washbasin, and an independent bathtub. The other shares the bathroom opposite. All the bathroom facilities are of the Vola brand.

住宅东翼设计灵活，当前被划分为影院及接待空间，配备独立厨房及套间浴室，可作为独立公寓、办公或创作工作室使用。钢制楼梯沿东墙上升至首层接待区，挑高空间搭配三组落地窗及庭院上方窗洞，采光充足，地面为橡木铺装，西墙设有 Neville Stephens设计的燃气壁炉。首层后部为主卧套房，保留灰泥裸墙，设有燃气壁炉、衣帽间及通过滑动暗门进入的宽敞浴室。

The east wing of the residence is designed flexibly. Currently, it is divided into a cinema and a reception area, equipped with an independent kitchen and a suite bathroom. It can be used as an independent apartment, an office, or a creative studio. The steel staircase ascends along the east wall to the first floor reception area. The high-ceilinged space is complemented by three sets of floor-to-ceiling windows and window openings above the courtyard, providing ample natural light. The floor is paved with oak. On the west wall, there is a gas fireplace designed by Neville Stephens. The rear part of the first floor is the master bedroom suite. The plastered bare walls are retained, and it features a gas fireplace, a cloakroom, and a spacious bathroom accessed through a sliding concealed door.

二层完全为第二卧室及套间浴室，并拥有通向南向屋顶露台的通道。住宅还设有电动门控的后方车道，可停放两辆汽车。Pember House 在尊重建筑原始特质的基础上，通过巧妙的空间规划与材质运用，呈现出工业美学与现代生活需求的和谐统一。

The second floor is entirely dedicated to the second bedroom and ensuite bathroom, with a passage leading to the south-facing rooftop terrace. The residence also features an electrically gated rear driveway that can accommodate two cars. Pember House, while respecting the original characteristics of the building, achieves a harmonious unity of industrial aesthetics and modern living needs through ingenious space planning and material application.
