项目位于招止园半山之地，原窑洞建筑历经岁月沉淀，承载着深厚的历史文化底蕴。

The project is situated on the mid-level slopes of Zhiyuan.The original cave dwellings, steepedin time, carry profound historical and cultural significance.

此次改造旨在保留老建筑原始结构，融合现代生活需求，实现新材料与老物件的完美碰撞，打造一个舒适、宁静的特色住宿空间，同时也为山里窑洞式民宅改造路径探索经验。

This renovation aims to preserve the original structure of the old building while integrating modern living needs,creating a perfect blend of new materials and old objects to craft a comfortable and tranquil characteristic accommodation space. It also seeks to explore pathways for renovating cave-style residential dwellings in mountainous areas.

沿着蜿蜒小径徐徐而上，天然垒砌的老石磨铺就的步道，斜山的石头、苍翠的树木，勾勒出一幅自然的山野画卷。

Ascending leisurely along the winding path,a walkway paved with naturally stacked old millstones, stones from the mountainside, and lush trees sketch a picture of natural mountain scenery.

秉持

“修旧如旧，新旧共生” 的理念，尊重老窑洞原有的建筑形态和空间结构，最大程度保留其历史痕迹和文化特色，增加内院打开外院，使大山与内院相互映衬。

同时将新材料、新功能融入其中，使老窑洞空间焕发新的生机。

Adhering to the philosophy ofRepair the old as it was, and integrate the old and new, the project respects the original architectural form and spatial structure of the old cave dwellings, preserving their historical traces and cultural characteristics to the greatest extent. An inner courtyard was added, opening towards the outer area, allowing the mountain and the inner courtyard to complement each other. Simultaneously, new materials and functions are incorporated, revitalizing the old cave space with new life.

茶室采用下沉式设计，拉低人的视角。落座其中，仿若融入自然怀抱，抬眼即可将窗外山色尽收眼底，实现了人与空间、人与自然的深度交融。

The tea room features a sunken design,lowering ones perspective. Sitting inside is like being embraced by nature; looking up, one can take in the mountain views outside the window, achieving a deep integration of people with the space and with nature.

窑洞以原有建筑洞口为基础，运用圆形中轴线设计手法，规整而有序地串联起各个功能区域。整体空间以暖白色涂料为主调，搭配现代简约家具与历经岁月的老物件，新旧家具在空间中和谐共生，仿佛跨越时空的对话，营造出温馨舒适又充满故事感的当代居住空间。

Based on the original cave openings,the design uses a circular central axis approach to neatly and orderly connect the various functional zones. The overall space is primarily toned in warm white paint, paired with modern minimalist furniture and aged old objects. Old and new furniture coexist harmoniously within the space, like a dialogue across time, creating a warm, comfortable, and narrative-rich contemporary living space.

外扩的院落中，原有树木被悉心保留，虬曲的枝干、婆娑的树影成为院落的

“老主角”。

In the expanded courtyard,the original trees have been carefully preserved. Their gnarled branches and dappled shadows remain the senior protagonists of the yard。

新铺的石板小径、错落的绿植景观环绕其旁，老与新、自然与人文在此交织，演绎出别样的静谧与生机。

Newly laid flagstone paths and layered greenery landscape surround them.Here, old and new, nature and human culture intertwine, performing a unique symphony of tranquility and vitality
