Expormim 办公室位于西班牙瓦伦西亚(Valencia)，由 Balzar Arquitectos 设计，是一处兼具办公与展示功能的极简主义空间，总面积约240平方米。该项目为家具制造商 Expormim 提供室内改造与设计服务，通过巧妙的空间布局与材质选择，将企业理念融入日常工作场景，同时兼顾品牌展示功能。地处瓦伦西亚市中心，这里不仅为办公提供舒适环境，也成为感知材料与共享设计语言的场所。

The Expormim office is located in Valencia, Spain, designed by Balzar Arquitectos. It is a minimalist space that combines office and exhibition functions, with a total area of approximately 240 square meters. This project provides interior renovation and design services for the furniture manufacturer Expormim. Through ingenious spatial layout and material selection, the companys philosophy is integrated into the daily work environment, while also taking into account the display function of the brand. Located in the center of Valencia, this place not only offers a comfortable office environment but also becomes a venue for experiencing materials and sharing design language.

空间设计注重多感官体验，天然木材散发的温润香气、经典意大利洞石(travertine)的细腻质感、石灰基涂料的柔和触感、手工陶瓷的微小瑕疵以及天然亚麻的轻盈质地，都让品牌本质化为可感知的体验。地中海光线透过大面积露台窗洒入，随表面起伏流动，使空间的层次与质感更加生动。通过光影与材料的精心组合，办公室超越了中性办公空间的功能，成为一种沉浸式的品牌体验。

The spatial design focuses on multi-sensory experiences. The warm aroma emitted by natural wood, the delicate texture of classic Italian travertine, the soft touch of lime-based coatings, the minor flaws of handmade ceramics, and the light and airy texture of natural linen all transform the brand essence into perceptible experiences. Mediterranean light pours in through large terrace windows, flowing along the surface and making the layers and textures of the space more vivid. Through the careful combination of light, shadow and materials, the office transcends the function of a neutral office space and becomes an immersive brand experience.

每一个细节、接缝和材质都经过精确打磨，反映了 Expormim 对工艺与品质的严格要求。空间本身因此成为品牌理念的立体呈现，通过建筑质量与材料真实性展现制造能力与设计承诺。

Every detail, seam and material has been meticulously polished, reflecting Expormims strict requirements for craftsmanship and quality. As a result, the space itself becomes a three-dimensional manifestation of the brands philosophy, showcasing the manufacturing capabilities and design commitment through the architectural quality and authenticity of the materials.

作为小型展示厅，办公室还邀请访客探索 Expormim 的产品世界，其中包括 Miquel Milá(米克尔·米拉)、Oscar Tusquets(奥斯卡·图斯克茨)以及 Norm Architects(诺姆建筑事务所)的标志性藤制家具。在日常办公中，会议、短暂休憩、简易茶水区交流以及阳光露台的体验自然而然地展开，户外家具也可随时体验。这种双重功能展现了商业空间在办公与产品展示之间的自然融合，让家具在日常使用中既服务于工作，也成为品牌的展示载体。

As a small exhibition hall, the office also invites visitors to explore the product world of Expormim, which includes the iconic rattan furniture by Miquel Milá, Oscar Tusquets, and Norm Architects. During daily office activities, meetings, short breaks, casual tea breaks for communication, and experiences on the sunny terrace all unfold naturally. Outdoor furniture can also be experienced at any time. This dual function showcases the natural integration of commercial spaces between office use and product display, allowing the furniture to serve both work and become a display medium for the brand.
