Nestled in Kharar, Punjab, this 8,000 sq ft space was once a quiet villa, now reborn as a luxury clothing boutique. Mindspace Interiors captured the client’s vision—warmth, timelessness, and a cottage-like vibe—turning every corner into a nostalgic escape. The transformation isn’t just about decor; it’s about weaving a story where shoppers feel transported, not just browsing, but stepping into a nature-surrounded old cottage.

Every material in FUSS POT tells a tale of time. Solid wood furniture, finished with distressed paint, and aged woodwork bear the “marks” of years, crafting an authentic vintage feel. Textured walls enhance the cottage aesthetic, while sand-toned micro-concrete floors flow seamlessly, binding the space in soft coziness. These elements don’t just serve a visual purpose; they touch the senses, making the boutique feel less like a retail spot and more like a familiar, welcoming home.

Lighting and layout in FUSS POT are designed to nurture connection—between shoppers, merchandise, and the space’s soul. Warm, subtle lights wrap the area, complementing both clothes and the vintage mood, avoiding harshness that might break the nostalgic spell. Clothing racks are arranged to form a gentle pathway, inviting shoppers to wander freely, explore every corner, and immerse themselves in the collection. It’s a design that slows down the pace, letting customers savor the moment rather than rush through a purchase.
