设计实景

Design reality

NOWO CAFE位于宁波市小江湖路与日丽西路的交叉口。西北角遥望奉化江湾，河道沿岸会根据花期更替不同色彩的花海；正北方是浙江省最大的城市中央湿地公园/鄞州公园；东侧紧邻南部商务区。周边自然景观富饶，城市建设风格现代。设计概念就此产生，K1Y希望通过重塑与活力构建独一份的‘城市庇护所’打造属于这片区域的‘开放型社交空间’。

NOWO CAFE is located at the intersection of Xiaojianghu Road and Rili West Road in Ningbo. To the northwest, it overlooks the Fenghua River Bay, where the riverside blooms with different colors depending on the flowering season; directly to the north is Zhejiang Province’s largest urban central wetland park, Yinzhou Park; to the east, it is adjacent to the southern business district. The surrounding natural scenery is abundant, and the urban construction style is modern. The design concept arose from this context, with K1Y aiming to create a unique ‘urban sanctuary’ through revitalization, establishing an ‘open social space’ for this area.

项目位于商业综合体的底商转角处，拥有三段式的转折空间。通过逐步打开的方式将整体区域重塑，营造一处属于NOWO的“开放型社交空间”。各功能区之间通过桥架的延伸与金属框架的搭建生成空间秩序。构建属于这片区域的“城市庇护所”。

The project is located at the corner of the commercial complex’s ground-floor shops and features a three-segmented transitional space. By gradually opening up the area, the overall space is reshaped to create an ‘open social space’ unique to NOWO. The spatial order is established through the extension of bridge structures and the construction of metal frameworks between functional zones, creating a ‘urban sanctuary’ belonging to this area.

NOWO空间整体材料以骨料夯土碎石作为空间主材，以喷涂夯砌铺贴的传统工艺方式来呈现。K1Y通过具有手工痕迹的材料作为空间装饰，平衡金属构建中的冰冷与秩序。室内空间的灯具以不同的手工形式加限制搭建的方式呼应河岸的花海。在限制规划的区域内随意绽放的光彩是我们作为个体最具活力的展现。

The overall materials of the NOWO space use aggregate rammed earth and crushed stone as the primary materials, presented through the traditional techniques of spraying, tamping, and laying. K1Y uses materials with traces of handcraft as spatial decoration, balancing the coldness and order of the metal construction. The interior lighting reflects the riverside flower fields through various handcrafted forms and restricted construction methods. The freely blooming light within the constrained areas represents our most vibrant expression as individuals.

最东侧的开放区域通过手工编织等工艺方式，搭建专属于NOWO的外摆空间。项目整体坐南朝北大面积的开放空间不需要过多担心日照与避雨等功能问题。因此外摆区更多以自然营造与场景搭建来形成空间上的围合。

The open area on the easternmost side uses handicrafts such as hand-weaving to create an outdoor space exclusive to NOWO. The project’s overall large open space, oriented from south to north, does not need to worry too much about sunlight or rain protection. Therefore, the outdoor area is more focused on natural creation and scene-setting to form spatial enclosure.
