设计是共性的本质——美与人，个性的表达——物与人。作为一名万州设计师，陈骆福认为设计是【让空间中存在的物，延伸出人在精神上的享受】；而家是【包容所有状态，安放所有情绪，灵魂得以呼吸】的一个安全入口。

南滨上院位于重庆万州，业主是一对年轻的95后夫妻，通过朋友推荐和对花椒创意以往作品的认可，而找到团队全案设计。本案在满足一家三口日常居住和收纳需求的前提下，以浅色入调搭岁月感的木质，勾勒内心的自由；空间氛围与居者相恰，从而大道至简，自然生长，自足丰满......而人在空间中产生的温度及情绪成为生活最大的趣味，也是独一无二的趣味。

今年8月入住后，业主及身边朋友都好评满满。空间输入的设计语言？展露怎样的生活态度？绽放何种生命样式？我们慢慢往下看......

包豪斯中古单椅与空间尺度的呼应；陶瓷罐色彩纹理也匹配银灰洞砖面。当阳光漫入，光影在柜体上低语，参与日常叙事，让家成为治愈心灵的道场。

The Bauhaus vintage chair resonates with the spatial dimensions; the ceramic jars hues and textures harmonize with the silver-gray perforated brick surface. As sunlight streams in, light and shadow whisper across the cabinetry, weaving into daily narratives and transforming the home into a sanctuary for healing the soul.

回归本真

Return to Authenticity

本案核心，在于营造属于三口人共存且具有各自表达的【家】，于是，设计退后，向前的是构成生活本真的所有元素。以浅色为基调，加入木质和洞石头的温润，使其耐看又耐用；舍弃繁复的装饰，回归实用与舒适。而趣味性也在设计中呈现时自然而然地跳出来，令人身心愉悦，收获惊喜。

The core of this project lies in creating a home where three individuals coexist while maintaining their individuality. Thus, design takes a step back, allowing all the elements that constitute authentic living to step forward. The space features a light color palette, enhanced by the warmth of wood and travertine, ensuring both visual appeal and durability. Elaborate decorations are discarded in favor of practicality and comfort. Playfulness emerges naturally within the design, delighting the senses and offering unexpected surprises.

设计重新设置了空间动线以及动静区的处理。将入户的卧室墙面打掉，形成客餐厅的同时，顶面露出几根结构梁，经过打磨而突出建筑梁本身的质感。它与客厅中宽大柔软的深灰色沙发，在计划之外默契相遇；可随意组合的模块B-B变色龙沙发，满足一家人的娱乐互动，也能形成各自的自由领域。仿佛天与地包裹，这里变成一个温暖可靠的港湾，无需多想，只管卸下疲惫，沉浸于时光的运转。

The redesign reconfigures spatial flow and separates active and quiet zones. By removing the wall between the entryway and bedroom, it creates a combined living-dining area while exposing several structural beams on the ceiling. These beams are sanded to highlight their inherent architectural texture. They harmoniously complement the spacious, plush dark-gray sofa in the living room—an unexpected yet perfect pairing. The modular B-B Chameleon sofa, with its flexible configuration, accommodates family entertainment while also allowing for individual spaces. Enveloped as if by heaven and earth, this space transforms into a warm, reliable haven. Here, one need not overthink—simply shed fatigue and immerse oneself in the passage of time.

设计以木质格栅划分区域，既保证了风水，又保持光线与空气的流通。舒缓的节奏在硬朗与温润之间流荡，营造宁静且有层次感的氛围。

The design employs wooden latticework to delineate spaces, ensuring both feng shui harmony and the free flow of light and air. A soothing rhythm oscillates between crisp lines and warm textures, creating a tranquil atmosphere with subtle layers.

雅致韵律

Elegant Rhythm

浅色系柜体以简洁的线条与柔和的色调，与空间无声对话；它是收纳容器，亦是安放生活的载体。它与木质地面、格栅隔断默契呼应，于无声中梳理出秩序的韵律，赋予空间另一种雅致。

Light-toned cabinetry engages in a silent dialogue with the space through clean lines and soft hues; it serves as both a storage vessel and a vessel for life. It harmoniously echoes the wooden flooring and lattice partitions, quietly weaving a rhythm of order and bestowing the space with an additional layer of elegance.

洗菜台与橱柜以纯净白色和利落线条，彰显明快清亮的生活场景。在延续现代简约的语境之中，黑色长桌与两把餐椅安静而立，材质表面光滑又含蓄，在素净里增加一丝清爽之意。情绪的温度在这里被烹饪，蒸煮、油炸、煎炒等，记录生活日记。

The sink and cabinets, rendered in pure white with clean lines, evoke a bright and crisp living scene. Within this modern minimalist context, a black dining table and two chairs stand quietly, their smooth surfaces understated yet adding a touch of freshness to the simplicity. Here, the warmth of emotion is cooked—steaming, boiling, frying, stir-frying—recording lifes daily chronicles.

木质柜体与浅墙、混凝土柱柔和相接，包纳家中的琐碎。设计师特意在室内的承重墙间嵌入一面小镜子，从视觉上弱化“墙体”而营造更多想象力。此心思源于《诗经》中“镜花水月”般朦胧诗意的美；此刻再去回望整个空间，会发现“突兀”的也是“创造惊喜”的表现形式。

Wooden cabinetry seamlessly blends with light-colored walls and concrete columns, gently embracing the households everyday items. The designer deliberately embedded a small mirror between the interior load-bearing walls, visually softening the “wall” presence to foster greater imagination. This thoughtful touch draws inspiration from the ethereal, poetic beauty of “mirrored flowers and water moons” described in the Book of Songs. Looking back at the entire space now, one discovers that what once seemed abrupt is actually an expression of creating delightful surprises.

这面镜子隐匿而温柔地映照着居者的笑脸和玩耍的身影。

This mirror discreetly and gently reflects the smiles and playful figures of those who dwell here.

正正美好

Perfectly wonderful

“在了解居者的生活习惯和各功能实际使用率后，我们会在基本定调中去增添个人向的表达。”对于私密性更强的卧室，让身心安稳入梦之外，它也收放着个人的癖好以及灵魂深处的话语。主卧延续静谧和简单的温柔，迎接恰到好处的留白与光线的轻盈共舞；墙面以分层手法轻轻加入一道“呼吸缝”——它破除沉闷，引光入墙，层次递进间始终糅合人的视线和气息。让视线与气息自在流动。

After understanding the residents lifestyle habits and the actual usage rates of each functional area, we incorporate personal expressions into the foundational design. For the more private bedroom, beyond providing a peaceful retreat for restful sleep, it also holds personal preferences and the innermost expressions of the soul. The master bedroom extends this quiet, gentle simplicity, embracing just the right amount of negative space and the lights delicate dance. Walls feature a layered technique that subtly introduces a “breathing seam”—breaking monotony, drawing light into the walls, and seamlessly blending human gaze and breath within the progressive layers. This allows both sight and breath to flow freely.

儿童房则增加色彩的灵动，牛油果墙面及腊肠狗地毯等装饰，能促进小朋友对色彩的敏锐度以及保持对万物的好奇心。

Childrens rooms benefit from vibrant colors, with avocado-green walls and dachshund rugs enhancing kids color sensitivity and nurturing their curiosity about the world.

为预算有限的客户创造出“梦境”的真实内容，为她们的期许而助力，也是做设计的意义。一个被喜欢的空间的完成，也是对设计师无言的赞美和深深的祝福。本案是“正正好”的状态，在澄澈的岛屿上，沉静下来，享受每一刻的慵懒与坦然。

Creating tangible “dreams” for clients with limited budgets and helping them realize their aspirations is the very essence of design. The completion of a beloved space stands as the designers silent tribute and heartfelt blessing. This project embodies the state of “just right”—a place to settle into tranquility on a pristine island, savoring each moment of leisure and serenity
