When morning mist shrouds Baodu Gu’s peaks, the first ray of light tugs at Weishan Lake’s ripples; when sunset kisses the Grand Canal’s sail shadows, the last wisp of warmth, wrapped in the fragrance of the world-famous pomegranate orchard, quietly tints the city’s dusk. Light lays its base, nature fills it with vitality, and everyone living here writes their own gentle, elegant notes to this story.

中性色調鋪就靜謐基底，森系綠與橙咖色點綴其間，高級面料、皮革與大理石交織，勾勒空間質感層次。曲水潺潺雕塑與燈具取意淮河流水，玻璃鋼肌理映著光影流轉，圓形環抱設計擁抱每一份鬆弛。

Neutral tones lay a serene base, accented by forest green and orange-brown. Premium fabrics, leather and marble interweave to shape a textured space. The flowing water sculpture and lamps, inspired by the Huaihe River, reflect light on their FRP texture, while the circular embracing design holds every moment of relaxation.

Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) elements integrate into the exhibition area, opening a new chapter of ICH   social interaction and bridging traditional culture with young lifestyles. The curved BOBBIE sofa expands the view, the bar counter carries leisure like an ark, and Impressionist decorative paintings brighten corners—every detail reveals design ingenuity.

The pomegranate (Zaozhuangs city flower) becomes the Xiuxiaobao IP, integrated with the Xiudi brand to symbolize prosperity and auspiciousness. Youthful creativity reinvigorates the IP; RISING STAR acts as a space explorer, letting Xiuxiaobao guard every warmth and extend the citys culture within the space.

From lets have a meal to lets work out, it connects urban sports communities, promotes a healthy lifestyle through design, and allows vitality to bloom freely here.

「肆意生長」的健身休息區，藏著自然之趣。綠植點綴其間，休閒椅靜候休憩，探自然之境，贊生命之美，讓運動後的放鬆，與自然相融，洗去疲憊，重拾能量。

The Unrestrained Growth fitness lounge hides natural charm. With greenery dotted around and lounge chairs waiting for rest, it explores the realm of nature and praises the beauty of life—blending post-work relaxation with nature to wash away fatigue and regain energy.

Reading is a spiritual journey. Abandoning the rigidity of traditional book bars, this space blends the warmth of socializing, the relaxation of leisure and the calm of reading. Transparent lighting lets sunlight caress book pages, soft lamps tint day and dusk—every corner is made for immersive reading, slowing time to enable in-depth dialogue with words.

The stepped reading area unfolds like stacked books, offering free seating or reclining. Window-side spots frame outdoor views, letting reading and nature connect. Original IP reading sculptures stand here—some holding books in thought, some smiling softly—adding charm. Every stop feels like an unexpected meet-up with a book friend, stirring a desire to read.

Smart design lies in details: hidden sockets and USB ports on furniture meet modern readers electronic needs, freeing them from worrying about battery life. At the spaces visual center, greenery peeks through bookshelves, coexisting with the full-height reading table. The blend of book scent and plant fragrance creates a reading area where people, books and nature harmonize.

四點半學堂開啟叢林探險之門，手工、閱讀、益智塗鴉編織未來精彩。孩子們在此學習探索，走進五彩斑斕的夢境，踏過繁花似錦的成長路，感受世界美好，綻放童真光芒。

The 4:30 PM Class opens the door to a jungle adventure. Handicrafts, reading and puzzle doodling weave a wonderful future. Here, children learn and explore—stepping into colorful dreams, treading the flowery path of growth, feeling the worlds beauty and shining with childlike innocence.

空間以「參天大树」展開，頂部吊燈沿枝蔓延伸。「讀萬卷書，行萬里路」，目光閱讀世界，腳步丈量土地，每一页未知皆為驚喜，讓成長與探索在此無限延伸。

The space unfolds around a giant tree, with ceiling lamps extending along its branches. Read ten thousand books, travel ten thousand miles—eyes explore the world, steps measure the earth. Every page of the unknown holds a surprise, letting growth and exploration stretch endlessly here.

Xiushi Court redefines the underground space—no longer just a parking lot. Garages blend seamlessly with landscapes; the reception lounge is spacious, bright, and well-lit. It connects the soul with nature, creating a tranquil, thought-provoking atmosphere that turns waiting into a pleasure.

多元社區融合干洗店、洗車店、桌球室等。隨著居民需求多樣化，傳統地庫功能單一的局限被打破。新服務項目满足業主便捷需求，提升社區服務水準，讓生活便利與品質並存。

The diverse community integrates dry cleaners, car washes, billiard rooms, etc. As residents needs diversify, the limitation of traditional basements single function is broken.
