Sales House,

Stepping inside the Sales House, Kemelin Partners, using soft minimalism as a brushstroke, meticulously weaves STONEs brand DNA and client needs into the 700-square-meter space. Eschewing ostentatious ornamentation, every line, every material, every ray of light becomes a narrative of trust and quality. This interweaving of artistic concepts and STONEs deep experience in real estate transforms the Sales Office from a cold, transactional venue into a tangible, tangible brand experience.

The reception area is the gentle opening of this narrative. The designers deliberately broke with the convention of a reception desk directly opposite the entrance, welcoming visitors with a gradual surprise: Upon entering, visitors are immediately greeted by a hanging brand logo. Below, a delicate architectural model, illuminated by dotted lights, rests on a stone plinth, revealing its details. Fingertips can touch the delicate grain of the models facade, giving them a glimpse into the texture of their future home. Here, staff greet visitors and guide them to the adjacent lounge area. As they move, daylight streams in from the panoramic windows, creating a layered effect of soft light gray walls and off-white decorative plaster. The tense anticipation of a business negotiation is instantly replaced by a relaxing, home-coming atmosphere. This is no accidental design move, but rather a reflection of STONEs customer-centric philosophy: understanding homebuyers expectations of a home, they ensure that the initial encounter conveys warmth and reliability.

Through the reception area, the Negotiation Corridor, comprised of nine meeting rooms, represents a delicate balance of functionality and aesthetics. While the corridor was unavoidable due to the limited floor plan, the designer employed geometric rhythm to break up the monotony. The square lobby is crowned by a circular ceiling, creating a dialogue between the suspended circle and the squared space, alluding to Palladian geometric aesthetics. Soft, hidden light imbues this transitional station with a sculptural warmth. The linear corridor leading inward is reshaped by an arched ceiling, allowing diffused light to follow its curves, gently guiding the eye and avoiding the feeling of length. Meeting rooms are arranged along the windows, allowing natural light to filter through the glass onto the desks. The technical area is tucked away opposite – this public-private separation layout ensures uninterrupted focus during negotiations.

Even more captivating are the exclusive narratives of the three VIP meeting rooms. Each one is like a condensed piece of design history, yet precisely tailored to the clients emotional needs. One room evokes a 1950s Mid-Century Modern aesthetic, with fabric wall panels and travertine details embodying warmth. The warmth of the wooden tables and chairs creates a sense of closeness as guests gather to discuss their family home. Another blends 1970s style with Japanese minimalism, featuring metallic accents against velvet carpeting and a powerful concrete wall, perfect for exploring creative floor plans with clients seeking individuality. Finally, a replica of a classic executive office, its deep brown wenge and eucalyptus finishes exude a sense of sophistication. Its semi-elliptical shape fosters a gentle flow of conversation. A large solid wood table at the center supports negotiations on high-value properties, while white chairs neutralize the formality, fostering a sense of calm and trust. Understanding that different clients have distinct aesthetics and needs, the designers employed a variety of styles to ensure that each negotiation feels tailor-made.

The business lounge area serves as the spaces breathing valve. A long communal table, reminiscent of a high-end business lounge, offers a place for clients to work, enjoy a cup of coffee, or engage in informal conversations with their agents. Light gray fabric sofas surround the wooden table. As sunlight falls on the tabletop, the warmth of a cups rim touches your fingertips, and whispers of conversation drift by your ears. This space is more than just a waiting area; it serves as a window into STONEs ideal life: future homes should also have corners for relaxation and communication, allowing the emotional value of the space to permeate the details.

Materials and light are the unspoken language throughout. Travertine floors and the reception desk exude natural textures, while reflective metal accents add a touch of refinement. Neutral walls employ subtle textures to avoid monotony, while mirrored and lacquered surfaces gently bounce light. The entire space exudes a sense of lightness without being airy, simplicity without being cold. The lighting design is even more refined: accent lights highlight the exquisiteness of the architectural models, diffused light fosters focus in meetings, and lantern-style fixtures in the bathrooms provide a warm and intimate atmosphere. This interplay of light and materials imbues the minimalist space with rich tactile and visual depth.

Most remarkable of all, the design echoes STONEs past and future. Having collaborated with STONE numerous times, KEMELIN PARTNERS is deeply aware of its commitment to quality and innovation. Sliding partitions transform the showroom into an event venue, accommodating client events of varying scales. LED screens loop project visualizations, allowing clients to experience their future homes. Intelligent lighting and temperature control systems silently ensure a comfortable experience. These details not only meet STONEs current business needs but also support its future development, deeply integrating artistic concepts with brand growth.

The entire Sales House is a narrative of telling the brand through space. While it doesnt shout slogans like quality or trust, it quietly conveys STONEs core values through every material choice, every functional planning, and every stylistic expression. Here, transactions are no longer a cold, clinical process, but rather an emotional resonance of home. Art and experience intertwine, making the space a gentle bridge connecting the brand and its customers.
