位于坎皮诺斯国家公园（Kampinoski National Park）如画般景致中的 LIPKÓW HOUSE，其选址本身已注定了住宅的气质。业主夫妇长期从事广告行业的创意工作，在喧嚣都市之外，他们渴望一个能让家庭安居、心境放松的空间。正是这片自然景观与建筑本身的形态，启发了一个内外宁静的居住场所。色彩上，室内延续大地色调（Earth tones），在温润的基调下强调平衡与安稳。

LIPKOW HOUSE, located in the picturesque scenery of Kampinoski National Park, its location itself has determined the temperament of the residence. The owner couple have long been engaged in creative work in the advertising industry. Beyond the hustle and bustle of the city, they long for a space where their family can live in peace and their minds can relax. It is precisely this natural landscape and the form of the building itself that have inspired a peaceful living place both inside and out. In terms of color, the interior continues the Earth tones, emphasizing balance and stability under a warm base tone.

住宅的公共空间以开敞客厅为核心，厨房采用木饰面（veneer）材质，配备一座由 Griss Supreme 石英岩打造的中岛台。相邻的餐区配备橡木餐桌与椅子，质感简洁而沉稳。客厅内部分陈设来自业主的上一套公寓，其中包括一张旧沙发，以及由埃贡·艾尔曼（Egon Eiermann）设计的 SE 68 椅。搭配的茶几与地毯出自 Zara Home，灯具来自 Ferm Living，而柜体则购于本土品牌 Dobrze。空间氛围通过艺术品与灯光被进一步柔化与提升：波兰艺术家马特·库拜（Mat Kubaj）的水墨作品与 Vitra 出品的 Akari 灯具，共同塑造出一种静谧的艺术氛围。

The public space of the residence takes the open living room as the core. The kitchen adopts veneer material and is equipped with a central island countertop made of Griss Supreme quartzite. The adjacent dining area is equipped with oak tables and chairs, featuring a simple and steady texture. Some of the furnishings in the living room are from the owners previous apartment, including an old sofa and an SE 68 chair designed by Egon Eiermann. The matching coffee table and carpet are from Zara Home, the lighting fixtures are from Ferm Living, and the cabinet is purchased from the local brand Dobrze. The spatial atmosphere is further softened and enhanced through artworks and lighting: the ink-wash works of Polish artist Mat Kubaj and the Akari lamps produced by Vitra jointly create a serene artistic atmosphere.

居室与自然之间的联系延伸至露台，HM Home 的户外扶手椅让人得以在绿意环抱中直接感受四季流转。作为放松区不可或缺的浴室，空间尤为宽敞，内部设置了以矩形瓷砖包覆的椭圆形淋浴间，并配置了一只大型浴缸。木质配件与 Zucchetti 的钢色调龙头并置，带来材质之间的微妙对比。在浴室入口处，一张由 Tamo Design 制作的 Noncy 桌与 Hasik Design 的灯具，共同为起居者提供细节上的体贴。

The connection between the living room and nature extends to the terrace. The outdoor armchair of HM Home allows people to directly experience the changing of the four seasons in the embrace of greenery. As an indispensable bathroom for the relaxation area, the space is particularly spacious. Inside, there is an oval shower room covered with rectangular tiles, and a large bathtub is equipped. The wooden accessories are placed side by side with Zucchettis steel-toned faucet, creating a subtle contrast between the materials. At the entrance of the bathroom, a Noncy table made by Tamo Design and a lamp from Hasik Design jointly provide the residents with meticulous attention to detail.
