此次设计项目坐落于扬子江畔的南京河西地带-“中宁府”。这里虽无老城的千年砖瓦，却书写着金陵城近三十载的崭新篇章，与鳞次栉比的现代化地标交相辉映。我们对南京“家”的温度情有独钟，它不仅是栖居的港湾，更是情感生长的沃土。河西新区见证了南京从秦淮桨声到扬帆世界的时代跨越，正孕育着兼容并蓄的当代金陵生活美学。我们悉心撷取了业主的生活习惯和爱好，将这些浸润着新城记忆的生活片段

与情感共鸣相融合，精心雕琢出这一设计方案。

Zhongning Mansion, in Nanjings vibrant Hexi District along the Yangtze, embodies Jinlings modern spirit. Absent ancient walls yet dynamic, it resonates with contemporary landmarks.

We honor Nanjings essence of homea haven nurturing relationships. Hexi, witnessing the citys evolution from Qinhuai waterways to global presence, fosters an inclusive contemporary Jinling aesthetic.This design integrates the homeowners lives and passions, weaving district memories with emotional resonance into a meticulously crafted vision.

设计过程中选用了稀有的天然石材如“云母石”“天然洞石”等与富有触感的元素，以呼应不同时段的心境。客餐厅的布局很简洁，让整个空间流畅自然，老柚木和金属定制的隔断书架让人联想到东方意蕴

，与整块隔热玻璃的腰线落地窗形成鲜明对比。

Rare natural stones like mica and travertine, paired with tactile elements, are selected in the design to echo moods across different moments. The living and dining area features a streamlined layout, ensuring a fluid, effortless flow. The partition bookshelf—crafted from aged teak and custom metal—evokes an Oriental essence, striking a vivid contrast with the full-height thermal glass windows accented by a waistline.

For an adult, the place one longs to return to must be where all defenses and armor can be laid down. Because, for you, it is also a place of safety, trust, and healing. This is what it means to live freely.

主卧的床头背景设计，灵感汲取自法国艺术家Nina Koltchitskaia。她成长的南法Sarlat小镇，遍布着中世纪的木屋，在她笔触下渲染着木头和大自然的生命力，我们精心挑选了带有天然疤结的原木材料，把这种自然中流动的韵律，变成卧室里的木质风景。

The design of the master bedrooms headboard backdrop draws inspiration from French artist Nina Koltchitskaia. Raised in the southern French town of Sarlat, a place dotted with medieval wooden cottages, her brushstrokes vividly capture the vitality of wood and nature. We carefully selected raw wood with natural knots, transforming such flowing rhythms of nature into a wooden landscape within the bedroom.

Here, the homeowner can cook or watch a movie with family, or simply listen to music or read alone. Sunlight floods the space freely as time passes; plants shift in color and scene with the seasons. There’s no longer a line between activity and stillness—just like now, when snow melts, grass buds, and insects rouse. Lying quietly on the sofa, you’ll know spring has come.
