Belgravia Apartment 是位于英国伦敦 Belgravia 区的一套精致住宅，由室内设计事务所 Nice Projects 操刀改造。项目通过将两套原有公寓合并重构，打造出一处空间通透、细节考究、气质沉静的艺术之家。设计师西蒙娜·麦克尤恩（Simone McEwan）与萨莎·梁（Sacha Leong）凭借其在全球精品零售与酒店空间的设计经验，受业主委托，赋予这座改造公寓全新的空间秩序与美学内涵。

Belgravia Apartment is an exquisite residence located in the Belgravia area of London, UK, which was renovated by the interior design firm Nice Projects. The project created an artistic home with a transparent space, meticulous details and a serene atmosphere by merging and reconstructing two existing apartments. Designers Simone McEwan and Sacha Leong, with their design experience in global boutique retail and hotel Spaces, were commissioned by the owner to endow this renovated apartment with a brand-new spatial order and aesthetic connotation.

设计团队从“诗意的古典主义”出发，对原先剥离了历史建筑特征的空间进行了重新叙述。通过精准重构的平面布局，设计师在提升居住舒适度的同时，引入更多自然光线，捕捉窗外园景，将生活起居与自然环境悄然连接。新增的卧室与浴室则满足了居住功能的全面性，而嵌入式木作细节的引入，则在视觉与使用层面上实现了统一与高效。

Starting from poetic classicism, the design team reinterpreted the space that had previously stripped away the features of historical buildings. Through the precisely reconstructed floor plan, the designer not only enhances the living comfort but also introduces more natural light, captures the garden view outside the window, and quietly connects daily life with the natural environment. The newly added bedrooms and bathrooms meet the comprehensive living function requirements, while the introduction of embedded woodwork details achieves unity and efficiency both visually and in terms of usage.

整套住宅以温润的蜂蜜色橡木贯穿各个区域，形成连续且内敛的物质肌理。这一材质被广泛用于人字拼木地板、墙面包饰及厨房、书房、卧室、起居区的柜体，既为空间赋予温度，也作为沉稳中性的背景，托显业主精心收藏的艺术作品。麦克尤恩（McEwan）提到：“我们希望打造一个宁静、亲切的家，选用的是温暖、可触、真实的材料。”

The entire residence is permeated with warm honey-colored oak throughout all areas, creating a continuous and reserved material texture. This material is widely used in herringcut parquet flooring, wall cladding, and cabinets in kitchens, studies, bedrooms, and living areas. It not only adds warmth to the space but also serves as a calm and neutral background, highlighting the owners carefully collected artworks. McEwan mentioned: We hope to create a peaceful and intimate home, choosing warm, touchable and genuine materials.

设计语言在克制中展现张力：厨房选用风化橡木制作的纤薄 shaker 门板，配以圆头镍质把手和灰棕色调大理石台面；浴室则通过混搭的水龙头、立柱洗手盆、极简灯具与方形瓷砖，在传统与当代之间寻找平衡。此外，设计师从不同年代与地域挑选的家具与灯饰，与业主的艺术藏品一同构建

出一个层次多元、风格和谐的艺术空间。

The design language shows tension within restraint: The kitchen features thin shaker door panels made of weathered oak, complemented by round-headed nickel handles and a gray-brown marble countertop. The bathroom strikes a balance between tradition and modernity through a mix of faucets, upright washbasins, minimalist lamps and square tiles. In addition, the furniture and lighting fixtures selected by the designer from different eras and regions, together with the owners art collection, have created an art space with diverse layers and harmonious styles.

Under the meticulous craftsmanship of Nice Projects, Belgravia Apartment has been endowed with a brand-new spatial order and vitality. The design team reinterprets the spiritual essence of classicism from a contemporary perspective. In a restrained yet layered material language, they ingeniously balance functionality and artistry, responding to the multiple demands of contemporary residents for comfort and cultural texture. The overall space exudes tension within tranquility and condenses taste in the details, showcasing the unique spiritual tone and aesthetic depth of high-end residences in London.
