位于法国巴黎著名的爱丽舍蒙马特（Elysée Montmartre）音乐厅旁，全新开业的爱丽舍蒙马特酒店（Elysée Montmartre Hôtel）将曾经废弃的建筑，变身为融合设计美学与可持续理念的精品酒店。这家仅有16间客房的酒店，由葡萄牙设计工作室Policronica改造完成。其独特之处在于，摒弃了传统酒店装修依赖多家供应商的分散模式，实现从概念设计到落地制作的全流程自主把控。

Located beside the famous Elysee Montmartre Concert Hall in Paris, France, the newly opened Elysee Montmartre Hotel has transformed the once abandoned building into a boutique hotel that integrates design aesthetics and sustainable concepts. This hotel with only 16 guest rooms was renovated by the Portuguese design studio Policronica. Its uniqueness lies in discarding the traditional decentralized model of hotel decoration that relies on multiple suppliers, and achieving full-process independent control from concept design to actual production.

Policronica精心设计了酒店的每一处细节，小到家具、灯具、门把手，大到建筑部件，还在位于里斯本的车间内独立完成全部制作工作。这种端到端的设计制造模式，通过整合建筑师、设计师、木工师与工业专家的协作流程，大幅减少了资源浪费与中间运输环节，有效降低了碳足迹。

Policronica meticulously designed every detail of the hotel, from small items like furniture, lighting fixtures and door handles to large building components, and independently completed all the production work in the workshop located in Lisbon. This end-to-end design and manufacturing model, by integrating the collaborative processes of architects, designers, carpenters and industrial experts, significantly reduces resource waste and intermediate transportation links, effectively lowering the carbon footprint.

在设计理念上，酒店最吸睛之处在于对桉树的创新性运用。桉树通常多用于造纸，在高端设计领域较为罕见。Policronica另辟蹊径，以高于造纸行业的价格，从葡萄牙小型森林经营者手中采购桉木，此举既提升了这种被视为“入侵物种”的木材价值，也助力推动可持续林业发展。此外，工作室自主研发了太阳能真空木材烘干机，将原本长达一年半的自然干燥周期缩短至6天，显著提升了木材加工效率与稳定性。

In terms of design concept, the most eye-catching aspect of the hotel lies in the innovative application of eucalyptus trees. Eucalyptus trees are usually used for papermaking and are relatively rare in high-end design fields. Policronica has taken a different approach by purchasing eucalyptus wood from small forest operators in Portugal at a price higher than that of the paper industry. This move not only enhances the value of this wood, which is regarded as an invasive species, but also helps promote sustainable forestry development. In addition, the studio independently developed a solar vacuum wood dryer, reducing the original natural drying cycle of one and a half years to just six days, significantly enhancing the efficiency and stability of wood processing.

酒店内部以桉木、植物纤维、黄铜和中性色调面料为主要材料，打造出兼具单色质感与有机风格的空间氛围。每间客房都宛如私密的巴黎寓所，为宾客在城市的喧嚣中，提供低调、温暖且充满个性的居住体验。

The interior of the hotel is mainly made of eucalyptus wood, plant fibers, brass and neutral-toned fabrics, creating a spatial atmosphere that combines the monochromatic texture with the organic style. Each guest room is like a private Parisian residence, offering guests a low-key, warm and personalized living experience amid the hustle and bustle of the city.
