在香港司徒拔道 18 号，矗立着一座融合沪港风情的奢华宅邸 —— 源邸。这座由 Bagua Bhava 精心打造的府邸，承载着家族的传承与梦想，宛如一颗璀璨的明珠，散发着独特的魅力。

The owners of Yuan Residence are a couple from Shanghai who moved to Hong Kong after retirement and were eager to incorporate the charm and spirit of Shanghais old houses into their new home, making it a precious heritage passed down by the family. To achieve this vision, the design team deeply explored Shanghais history and culture, drew inspiration from Shanghais architectural style and unique lifestyle, and carefully crafted every detail from a modern perspective.

源邸的业主是一对来自上海的夫妇，他们在退休后移居香港，渴望将上海老洋房的韵味与精神融入新家，使其成为家族传承的珍贵遗产。为实现这一愿景，设计团队深入挖掘上海的历史文化，从海派建筑风格、独特生活方式中汲取灵感，以现代视角精心雕琢每一处细节。

When you enter Yuan Residence, the private elevator hall is the first thing you see. It is not only fully functional, with rest seats, storage space and shoe-changing area, but also has unique ingenuity in the selection of materials. Mirrors, marble, exquisite wallpaper and wooden textures complement each other, creating a low-key and luxurious atmosphere; elegant table lamps and wall lamps are like messengers of time, gently telling the glory of the past.

步入源邸，私人电梯厅率先映入眼帘。这里不仅功能完备，设有休息座椅、储物空间与换鞋区，更在选材上独具匠心。镜子、大理石、精致壁纸与木质纹理相得益彰，营造出低调奢华的氛围；优雅的台灯与壁灯如时光的使者，将往昔的辉煌轻轻诉说。

Passing through the elevator hall, the grand entrance is eye-catching. The small entrance in the center draws on the elements of old Shanghai houses. The partitions composed of glass and bronze mirrors cleverly divide the space, which not only ensures the sense of transparency but also adds a sense of hierarchy. The quaint round table and green plants complement each other, and the two chairs at the end are placed casually, like a prelude to history, leading people into the formal living room.

穿过电梯厅，宏伟的入口门庭令人眼前一亮。中央的小型玄关借鉴老上海洋房元素，玻璃与铜镜组成的隔断巧妙划分空间，既保证通透感，又增添层次感。古雅的圆桌与绿植相映成趣，尽头的两把椅子随性而置，宛如历史的序曲，引领人们步入正式的客厅。

The living room is the core of family life and a warm haven for emotional communication. The display cabinet displays antique ornaments collected by the couple during their travels, like a three-dimensional cultural history book. Furniture of different styles coexists harmoniously here. The medieval table lamps complement the modern leisure chairs and antique coffee tables. The black and white checkered carpet pays tribute to the marble floors of old Shanghai. Artworks and sculptures add a cultural atmosphere.

客厅作为家庭生活的核心，是情感交流的温馨港湾。展示柜中陈列着夫妇旅行中收藏的古董饰品，宛如一部立体的文化史书。不同风格的家具在此和谐共生，中世纪台灯与现代休闲椅、古董茶几交相辉映，黑白格纹地毯致敬老上海的大理石地板，艺术作品与雕塑更添文化气息。

The dining room adjacent to the living room is symmetrically laid out, symbolizing the unity and dignity of the family. The high-end wallpaper, fluted glass doors and ceiling details are elegant, and the marble staircase winds up to the second floor, which is full of surprises.

与客厅相邻的餐厅采用对称布局，象征着家庭的团结与庄重。高级壁纸、凹槽玻璃门与天花板细节尽显优雅，大理石楼梯蜿蜒而上，通往充满惊喜的二楼。

The salon on the right side of the entrance is simple and exquisite. The Chinese screen and small wine cabinet create a private space to meet the business needs of the male owner. The contrast between the glass partition and the antique screen perfectly combines traditional charm with modern simplicity.

玄关右侧的沙龙简约而精致，中式屏风与小型酒柜营造出私密空间，满足男主人的商务需求。玻璃隔断与古董屏风的对比，完美融合传统韵味与现代简约。

The corridor connects the male owners study and his sons bedroom. The modern fireplace in the study is warm and pleasant, and the artwork and decorations on the wall show the male owners taste. The sons bedroom is designed with a square element, and the simple style incorporates classic elements of old Shanghai houses, where history and modernity are intertwined.

走廊连接着男主人的书房与儿子的卧室。书房内现代壁炉温暖宜人，墙上的艺术作品与装饰彰显男主人的品味。儿子的卧室以方形为设计元素，简约风格中融入老上海洋房的经典元素，历史与现代在此交织。

Go up to the second floor, the bar next to the small lobby is full of vitality and is a good place for friends and family to gather. The corridor on the right is like an art gallery, with old Shanghai-style columns, soft lighting and elegant carpets complementing each other.

登上二楼，小型门厅旁的酒吧充满活力，是亲友欢聚的好去处。右侧的走廊如艺术画廊，老上海风格的柱子与柔和灯光、优雅地毯相得益彰。

The hostesss study is located in front of the master bedroom. It is quiet and comfortable, providing an ideal environment for her editing work. The master bedroom is designed with natural and floral elements as the core. Forest green wallpaper, symmetrical screens and lighting create an elegant and warm atmosphere. The floral artwork on the wall injects a unique soul into the room. The wooden elements and green tones are matched with simple furniture, making it like a private paradise.

女主人的书房位于主卧前，宁静而舒适，为她的编辑工作提供了理想环境。主卧以自然与花卉元素为设计核心，森林绿壁纸、对称屏风与灯光营造出优雅温馨的氛围。墙上的花卉艺术作品为房间注入独特灵魂，木质元素与绿色调搭配简约家具，宛如私密的世外桃源。

The master bedroom bathroom adopts an open design. The black and white marble floor and European reclining bathtub exude luxury. The mirrored dressing table reflects the sunlight, making it bright and transparent.

主卧浴室采用开放式设计，黑白大理石地板与欧式躺椅浴缸尽显奢华，镜面梳妆台反射阳光，明亮而通透。

Every detail of Yuan Residence is the result of the designers painstaking efforts, perfectly balancing functionality and aesthetics. It is not only a luxurious residence, but also a carrier of family emotions and cultural heritage, witnessing the passage of time and the continuation of the family.
