这是为主人家退休后打造的闲居住所，我们希望它会有些许田园的情愫，以及永远不会过时的复古情调，它是现代的，同时是闲适的自在的和艺术的。

Its a retreat for the host family after retirement, and we hope it will have a bit of an idyllic feel and a retro atmosphere that never goes out of style, its modern, and its laid-back and artistic at the same time.

设计上我们加强了不同楼层的互动性，让光和空气从不同方向可以补充到室内，形成回流。院子虽然不大，但也有独坐莓苔的小家碧院之感。

In terms of design, we enhanced the interaction of different floors, so that light and air can be replenished into the room from different directions to form a backflow. Although the yard is not large, it also has the feeling of a small family with berry moss sitting alone.

像地下室的光线梳理，我们让楼顶的自然光通过天井倾泻到地下室区域;借一点室内空间打造一个下沉庭院，让建筑内退，同时让对应的楼上庭院花园退一点空间给到地下花园的采光;并且在健身区上方的花园位置做一个鱼池水景，光线透过水体折射到健身房的波光，改善负二层光线的同时形成有趣的互动效果。

Like the light combing in the basement, we let the natural light from the roof pour into the basement area through the patio; Borrow a little indoor space to create a sunken courtyard, let the building retreat, and at the same time let the corresponding upstairs courtyard garden retreat a little space to give lighting to the underground garden; And make a fish pond water feature in the garden above the fitness area, the light refracts the light through the water body to the gym, improving the negative second layer of light while forming an interesting interactive effect.

户型是联排别墅，像国内很多别墅一样，封闭且格式化的房间格局，地下室几乎没有采光，因为小区周边是高尔夫生态氧吧，室内也比较潮湿。所以整个房子的结构，光线和空气流通的改造以及满足适老化的生活需求就非常重要。

The unit type is a townhouse, like many villas in China, closed and formatted room layout, the basement has almost no lighting, because the community is surrounded by golf ecological oxygen bar, and the interior is relatively humid. Therefore, the structure of the whole house, the transformation of light and air circulation, and the need to meet the needs of aging life are very important.

业主非常喜欢健身，地下室改造成为一个有氧运动和SPa养生空间。让健身周边营造惬意的视觉环境，给运动过程中带来好的心情体验。
