Cordell Drive

Renovated by Studio Osklo, the Cordell Drive house in the Hollywood Hills combines timeless elegance with contemporary simplicity while retaining the overall structural integrity, demonstrating a classic aesthetic with a contemporary sensibility that makes it stand out from the community. The box-like spatial structure, with its wainscoting, minimalist details, vertical colonnades and art deco, reflects its minimalist architectural style.

在郁郁葱葱的佛利山庄，有一处

“私家绿洲”仿佛在热情地邀请人们来此体验精致而宁静的生活。起居室内配有定制的壁炉，法式门则通向露台，可俯瞰后院和世纪城的景观。主卧有着高高的天花、壁炉与去往室外的法式门、步入式衣帽间和带拱形天花的水疗浴室。底层则额外配置了一间卧室、家庭办公室和一处休息区。

In the lush Beverly Hills, there is a private oasis that seems to warmly invite people to experience exquisite and quiet life. The living room has a custom fireplace and French doors open to a patio overlooking the backyard and Century City. The master bedroom has a high ceiling, fireplace and French doors to the outside, a walk-in closet and a spa bathroom with vaulted ceilings. The ground floor has an additional bedroom, home office and a seating area.

设计的日光单椅共同组成了泳池的景观，与低调而宽敞的起居室相连，以满足家庭日常的娱乐和聚会需要。自然光通过精心设计的开口照入室内，光与影在空间形成特殊的形状，跳跃于空间，赋予它温馨的家居氛围。

The houses design is inspired by its setting, with an Italian yellow cave stone table and a set of daylight single chairs by studio Osklo forming a view of the pool, which is connected to the low-key and spacious living room for the familys daily entertainment and gathering needs. Natural light enters the interior through carefully designed openings, and light and shadow form special shapes in the space, jumping through the space and giving it a warm home atmosphere.
