Myddelton Square is a Georgian townhouse in central London whose interior Design has been carefully crafted by Robert London Design to perfectly blend the comforts of modern living with the elegance of a historic building. This Grade II listed building not only overlooks a tranquil square, but also demonstrates a deep understanding and respect for tradition and modernity through its interior design details.

Robert Thake, founder and director of Robert London Design, led the team with a design approach that embraced timelessness, with a palette of soft, warm tones that subtly blended modern, classic and bespoke furniture. The use of natural materials, such as wood and linen, brings warmth and texture to the interior, while the refined design language ensures a seamless connection between the architecture and the interior design, creating a space that is emotionally rich and flows harmoniously.

The kitchen dining room is the heart of the home, equipped with deVOLs custom kitchen that is both practical and emotional. The introduction of natural light, combined with the soft tones of the paint scheme, makes this space come alive and warm from morning to night. Alvar Aaltos Everyman desk and chair add a private and contemplative atmosphere to the study.

The living room is the perfect place to socialize and relax, with layers of classic vintage, bespoke and modern pieces, as well as Farrow -amp; Balls walls and woodwork complement each other to create a charming atmosphere. Carefully selected furniture and artworks, such as Paola Navones Gervasoni Ghost chair and Poul Kjaerholms PK22 chair, complement each other not only in form and proportion, but also highlight the modern sophistication and architectural history of the room.
