Lytton Park Residence is a charming home designed by Collab Design Studio. Inspired by the old world charm of the original home, its design reawakens consciousness by blending modern sensibility with the warmth of the familiar.

室内设计师 Justine Golden 希望将原始结构的关键元素融入到住宅的新诠释中。她通过弯曲的墙壁和开放的拱门添加有机元素，使空间具有流动性并增强了整体美感。在整个翻新过程中，Justine 致力于让空间感到轻松、温馨和身临其境。

Interior designer Justine Golden wanted to incorporate key elements of the original structure into a new interpretation of the home. She adds organic elements through curving walls and open arches to give the space fluidity and enhance the overall beauty. Throughout the renovation, Justine worked to make the space feel relaxed, welcoming and immersive.

The choice of materials plays a key role in creating a home atmosphere. Neutral and pastel tones are combined with natural and textured finishes to emphasize comfort and softness, making the home both warm and noble. The combination of velvet, chenille and loop adds texture and warmth, while the use of natural stone from the Taj Mahal gives the new piece a timeless quality. The unique berry color choice highlights the personality of the space, and the integration of herringbone wood floors creates a more layered and eclectic look.

Justine 充分利用现有元素，围绕结构力矩形成新空间，软化区域之间的运动。她将现有柱子改造成弧形墙，融入了灵活性，使房屋能够根据不同用途进行改造。餐厅/休息室是一个多功能空间，可以容纳 20 人用餐，餐桌可拆卸，整个房间可变成休息室，提供鸡尾酒和更轻松的氛围。

Justine makes full use of existing elements to form new Spaces around structural torques, softening the movement between areas. She transformed existing columns into curved walls, incorporating flexibility that allows the house to be adapted to different uses. The dining room/lounge is a multi-purpose space that can accommodate up to 20 people with a detachable table and the entire room can be turned into a lounge with cocktails and a more relaxed atmosphere.

Lytton Park Residence blends neutral and pastel tones with natural and textured finishes that emphasize comfort and softness, making it both homely and noble. Its personalized and transformable features make it an ideal place to rest and socialize. Justine ensured that the house deeply reflected her lifestyle, becoming a space for children and friends to hang out and feel at home, as well as a place to entertain. Not only does it feel interesting and sophisticated, but it is also presented in an approachable way.
