江西南康，此地地接岭南，人安物阜
山水环绕，别有一番物华天宝

Nankang, a city next to Lingnan, is surrounded by 
mountains and rivers and also other abundant resources, 
where the people living here are well-off with an easy lifestyle.

设计团队悉心提炼南康的城市印象与地域文化，
将山水之境置入售楼空间中，
引导着都市生活返璞归真的理想形态，
寄托着逍遥自由的人生向度。

Our design team carefully refines Nankangs urban city impression and its regional culture. By putting the concept of the natural landscape into the sales space, may guide the urban life back to the ideal life.

步入大堂，可见一副四方围合的山水图，
这是设计团队通过运用中国山水画空间建构中
“ 远 映 ”之法构建审美的维度空间。

Stepping into the lobby, you can see a landscape picture surrounded by four sides. This is the design teams use of the " Far View " method in the construction of Chinese landscape painting space to build an aesthetic dimension space.

我们依托于山水，
将对于宇宙时空的无限状态的形而上玄想，
落实为以“广莫”、“旷垠”为形态特征的山水空间。
借以山水形态特征空间，
突破了现实山水空间的有限性，呈现出无限的空间形态。

Relying on the landscape, we will implement the metaphysical infinite state of the universe and space into a landscape space characterized by "Wildness" and "Emptiness". By taking the shape of the landscape, it breaks through the finiteness of the realistic landscape space and presents an infinite spatial form.

设计团队借以山水形态，
使该大堂空间具有了真实可感的视觉维度，
呈现出无限延伸的空间形态，
又有着慰藉心灵的现实价值，
寄托着逍遥自由的人生向度。

Our design team borrows the form of mountains and rivers to make the lobby space to show its realistic and sensible visual dimension, present an infinitely extended spatial form, and entrust the free life of freedom.

空间以写意山水的高超艺术手法，
将提炼出的山水元素与现代工艺材质相融合，
营造出当代新亚洲风格，
展现了亚洲风格的当代创新性，
即非大张旗鼓地革新，而是以深刻的理解，
在浓郁的东方和东南亚风情中提炼艺术元素，
并在细节处作出当代的风范，
以台式风情、中式神韵、港式贵气，
提炼其色泽、材质、细节处理与现代工艺相交融，
创造新设计流派——新亚洲风（Neo - Asian style）

Space combines the landscape elements of traditional Chinese style with modern craft technology, which creates a contemporary new Asian style, showing the innovation of contemporary new Asian style.

韩驹在《夜泊宁陵》里写：
“ 茫然不悟身何处，水色天光共蔚蓝。”

Han Ju wrote in "Night Mooring at NingLing": 
"I dont know where I am, and the sky is full of blue."

祭蓝色的单人沙发椅在银箔天幕和水晶灯饰的映衬下如宝石明亮，
其下地毯绘以青花纹样山水。
青白之色，相映成趣，晶莹明快，美观隽永，
看似落笔简洁，却奢华不动于色。
环环波纹倚荡，意境高远，精致美丽，韵味而典雅。

The blue single chairs are like a gemstone under the silver foil canopy and crystal lighting, and the carpet under chairs is painted with blue and white patterns which is full of interest and beautiful, presenting a simple but luxurious feeling. The rippled pattern is exquisite and elegant.

视觉上给人高贵而不失精致的气息，
以金属为视觉点，
在工艺上注重技术的精雕细琢，
古典与时尚兼容，艺术与高尚完美融入，
塑造时尚、艺术、奢华的空间环境。

整体设计以浓郁的亚洲区域文化为支撑，
在色泽上保持自然材质的原色调。
 
With metal as the visual point, space will be more noble and delicate. By focusing on technology, space will be more classical and luxury. By maintaining the original color of natural materials, the overall design has a strong Asian regional culture.

与构筑小品进行装饰，
运用山水之形，抽取出简洁的装饰元素，
体现其中的 “ 魂 ” 而去掉繁冗的 “ 形 ” ，
用现代手法阐释东方艺术之美。

By decorating with the few sketches and using the shape of landscapes, it can embody the "Soul" meanwhile removing the tedious "Shape". The designer extracts those simple decorative elements and tries to explain the beauty of oriental art in a modern way.
