坐落于伊维萨岛五星级豪华酒店 Ibiza Gran Hotel 内的 LA GAIA 餐厅，由 Sandra Tarruella Interioristas 操刀室内设计，呈现出一个兼具在地精神与现代感的餐饮空间。由米其林一星主厨 Óscar Molina 主理的 LA GAIA，不仅是高端美食的代名词，更是一次沉浸式的感官旅程，其设计与料理一样，深入探讨土地、光线与文化的交汇。

The LA GAIA restaurant, located in the five-star luxury Hotel Ibiza Gran Hotel on the island of Ibiza, was designed by Sandra Tarruella Interioristas for its interior, presenting a dining space that combines local spirit and modernity. LA GAIA, managed by Michelin one-star chef Oscar Molina, is not only a synonym for high-end cuisine, but also an immersive sensory journey. Its design, like its cuisine, delves deeply into the intersection of land, light and culture.

设计灵感源自伊维萨岛传统建筑语言：白墙、厚重的石墙、圆拱与自然材质共同营造出质朴而充满光感的空间氛围。空间中最具标志性的元素是一系列沿袭伊维萨乡村教堂风格的拱形结构，这些有力的几何元素不仅赋予空间仪式感，也巧妙地掩盖了原有的承重柱，使得整个餐厅在划分功能区域的同时保有通透与连贯。

The design inspiration comes from the traditional architectural language of Ibiza: white walls, heavy stone walls, round arches and natural materials jointly create a simple yet light-filled spatial atmosphere. The most iconic element in the space is a series of arched structures that follow the style of Ibiza country churches. These powerful geometric elements not only endow the space with a sense of ceremony but also ingeniously conceal the original load-bearing columns, allowing the entire restaurant to maintain transparency and continuity while dividing functional areas.

中央的有机形态吧台，如同餐饮体验的起点，邀请宾客缓慢步入多层次的品味旅程。面向开放式厨房的双吧台则以天然石材包裹，质感敦实而温润，成为视觉与功能的交汇点。值得一提的是，厨房背景保留了旧有餐厅的一处艺术装置——丹麦艺术家 Katrin Kirk 创作的水母雕塑，在新旧之间形成富有张力的叙述。

The organic bar counter in the center, like the starting point of the dining experience, invites guests to slowly embark on a multi-level taste journey. The double bar counter facing the open kitchen is wrapped in natural stone, with a solid and warm texture, becoming the convergence point of visual and functional aspects. It is worth mentioning that the kitchen background retains an art installation from the old dining room - a jellyfish sculpture created by Danish artist Katrin Kirk, forming a tense narrative between the old and the new.

餐厅的另一侧，独立包厢通过一道半圆拱加以围合，一张雕塑般的实木长桌成为视觉焦点，其上悬挂的吊灯则进一步强化空间的私密性与仪式感。地面铺设的天然石材拼接地毯，纹理之间细腻过渡，为空间注入沉静而自然的节奏感。各处座位间的错落分布与形式各异的服务小桌，则延续了空间的节奏与灵动性。外立面所采用的天然纤维编织板呼应着伊维萨岛手工艺传统，使整个空间自内而外散发着文化的温度与土地的记忆。

On the other side of the restaurant, independent private rooms are enclosed by a semi-circular arch. A sculptural solid wood long table becomes the visual focus, and the chandelier hanging on it further enhances the privacy and sense of ceremony of the space. The natural stone spliced carpet laid on the floor, with delicate transitions between textures, infuses the space with a calm and natural rhythm. The staggered distribution of seats and the various forms of service tables continue the rhythm and flexibility of the space. The natural fiber woven panels used on the facade echo the craftsmanship tradition of Ibiza, making the entire space exude the warmth of culture and the memory of the land from the inside out.
