位于巴黎第八区香榭丽舍大道近旁的HOTEL BALZAC，是一座体现现代古典主义美学的五星级奢华酒店。该项目由法国著名设计事务所Festen Architecture设计，其创始人Charlotte de Tonnac与Hugo Sauzay擅长从建筑历史与场地文脉中提炼灵感，并以当代设计语言重构经典空间。HOTEL BALZAC正是在这一设计理念指导下，通过空间结构、材质运用与细节雕琢，实现古典与现代之间的对话。

HOTEL BALZAC, located near the Champs-Elysees in the 8th Arrondissement of Paris, is a five-star luxury hotel with a modern classical aesthetic. The project was designed by Festen Architecture, a French firm whose founders, Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay, specialize in extracting inspiration from architectural history and site context, and reconstructing classic Spaces in a contemporary design language. Under the guidance of this design concept, HOTEL BALZAC achieves a dialogue between classical and modern through spatial structure, material use and detail carving.

建筑外立面保留了巴黎19世纪建筑的典雅轮廓，延续了城市肌理。而内部空间则焕然一新，大堂铺设黑白棋盘格大理石地面，配以深色木质护墙板，形成沉稳且富有张力的第一印象。空间的纵深通过灯光层次与材质变化得以延展，使来访者在进入的瞬间即沉浸于一种恰到好处的仪式感之中。

The facade retains the elegant contours of 19th century Parisian architecture and continues the urban fabric. The interior is refreshed, with a black and white chequered marble floor in the lobby, paired with dark wood paneling, creating a calm and intense first impression. The depth of the space is extended through the lighting levels and material changes, so that visitors are immersed in a proper sense of ritual at the moment they enter.

客房延续了整体风格的内敛精致，选用低饱和度中性色调，大量运用天然材质，如亚麻、橡木和石材，强调空间的触感与温度。床头装饰以浓烈红调的抽象画作为视觉焦点，构成冷暖色彩的张力；而浴室则采用简洁的大理石与金属元素组合，在理性几何中传达奢华质感。空间配置亦充分考虑功能性，设有工作台、阳台及阅读角落，兼顾住客的生活节奏与私密需求。

The rooms continue the reserved sophistication of the overall style, with low saturation neutral colors and extensive use of natural materials such as linen, oak and stone, emphasizing the touch and temperature of the space. Bed decoration with strong red abstract painting as a visual focus, constitute the tension of warm and cold colors; The bathroom uses a simple combination of marble and metal elements to convey luxury in rational geometry. The space configuration is also fully functional, with a workbench, balcony and reading corner, taking into account the pace of life and privacy needs of residents.

Festen Architecture在设计中强调结构的真实性与场所感，善于通过细节体现空间的层次与意图。HOTEL BALZAC的走廊采用木质格栅与柔光照明引导动线，建立空间节奏感与过渡感；与此同时，公共区域与私密空间之间的过渡也体现出对“界限”与“交流”关系的精准把握。HOTEL BALZAC不仅是对巴黎传统建筑语言的尊重，更是一次以当代手法重述古典秩序的尝试。

Festen Architecture emphasizes the authenticity and sense of place of structure in the design, and is good at reflecting the level and intention of space through details. The corridor of HOTEL BALZAC uses wooden grilles and soft light lighting to guide the moving lines, establishing a sense of space rhythm and transition; At the same time, the transition between public area and private space also reflects the precise grasp of the relationship between boundary and communication. HOTEL BALZAC is not only a homage to the traditional architectural language of Paris, but also an attempt to retell the classical order in a contemporary way.
