本次设计主要从民间

风格化的提炼与表达出发，探寻民间烟火与传统点心之间的新契合。

打造具有松弛感、温度感、呼吸感的空间环境，传播快乐，让人放松，延续传统文化、匠心手作精神。

This design mainly starts from the refinement and expression of folk style, and explores the new fit between folk fireworks and traditional dim sum. Create a space environment with a sense of relaxation, temperature and breathing, spread happiness, let people relax, continue the traditional culture and the spirit of craftsmanship.

餐厅位于商场二楼出入口位置，入口处醒狮与传统潮汕灯笼是一种文化的对外输出。同时又是人群的向内指引。外立面延伸的遮雨檐与传统木窗格跳脱出商场环境自身的平板通透且有层次的围合形式模糊了室内外的界限，让空间变得灵动多变具有趣味性。

The restaurant is located at the entrance of the second floor of the shopping mall. The lion dance and traditional Chaoshan lanterns at the entrance are a kind of cultural export. Its also an inward guide for the crowd. The extended rain eaves and traditional wood panes of the facade jump out of the shopping mall environment itself. The transparent and hierarchical enclosure form blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor, making the space flexible and interesting.

半开放围合也使得自然光线透过造型缝隙悄然流入，结合天然绿植搭配，让人在从浮躁的商场环境踏入蔡澜点心的那一刻，沉下来感受温暖和自然，享受美食与环境。

The semi-open enclosure also allows natural light to flow quietly through the gaps in the shape, and the combination of natural green plants makes people feel warm and natural at the moment when they step into CAI LAN Dim Sum from the impeding shopping environment, and enjoy the food and environment.

空间中留白肌理和胡桃木色的沉淀，也更像是纯粹的活力与传统印记的交织，是年轻放松的也是悠久正宗的。

The white texture and walnut color precipitation in the space are more like the interweaving of pure vitality and traditional imprint, which is young and relaxed and also a long and authentic.

结合空间品牌文化植入，精巧匠心的陈列展示，打造空间文化印象，赋予空间的再一次升华。

Combined with the implantation of space brand culture, ingenious display, create a space cultural impression, give the space once again sublimation.

自然静谧，诗意丰盈，

悠闲得意，在这里是放松的去享受，是慢下来去品味，是用心的去传承。
