从Jiajie开始联络我做这件事情的时候，便注定了，“锡饭”就是属于他的一件，关于成年的礼物。而我们的拍摄，也赶在闭店之前完成。我同他讲，“作为毕业照；成片也算是我送给你和‘锡饭’的礼物了“。

From the moment Jiajie contacted me about this project, it was destined that xilife would be his coming of age gift.We were able to finish the filming before the shop closed. I told him, As a graduation photo and a finished film, its my gift to you and xilife.

理想

立项之初，这便是一处完全属于Jiajie自己喜欢的地方。一切都将按照他的喜好来打造。

From the inception of this project, this was a place that was entirely Jiajie's own touch.Everything will be built to his liking.

设计的启动，甚至也是在没有厨师、没有咖啡师的前提下进行的。但这，并不是我们所提倡的方式。因为，一个合格的商业投资项目，经营意图与使用者本身的真实诉求，才是有效运营的核心。所以，一切过分理想的决策，都将为未来的走向，埋下一粒粒种子。

We started this design without a chef, without a barista.But this is not the way we advocate.Because, as a qualified investment project, the important core is the business intention and the demands of the users themselves.

江南

因为“锡饭”，我也才有了真正去了解无锡的机会。

Because of xilife, I had the opportunity to really get to know Wuxi.

所以，要用什么样的容器去装载这个他所喜欢的地方。是美学构建体系的核心。

What container to use to contain this place he loves. Its the core of the aesthetic construction system.

但我真的很难真正去理解这座于他而言，无比熟悉的城市，这不是一朝一夕就能达成的。

于是，我试图去虚构一个全新的江南小店。

那是一个

在意料之中，又在意料之外的江南模样。

For him, its an incredibly familiar city, but I dont feel the same way he does, because familiarity takes many years t

o accumulate.So I will try to fictionalise a brand new shop in the south of the yangtze river.So the shop looks are already destined.

最终，我将结合Jiajie 的个人海归背景视角，以及我所幻化出的江南印象。通过叠加、重组的方式，去营造出了一个看似合理的“江南”视觉符号。

ltimately, I will combine Jiajies personal perspective with my imagination.By way of superimposition and reorganisation，to create a reasonable visual symbol of south of yangtze river.

但，再漂亮的空间，以及缜密的叙事逻辑。在扎实的运营团队与合理的商业逻辑面前，都将不堪一击。

No matter how beautiful the space. In front of a professional operation team and business logic, it will be unbearable.

好在，每一次的经历，也都将给我们一些重要的信息反馈。它将或好或坏，但这也不重要，重要的是，这便是最真实的成长状态。需要我们去直面。

Fortunately, each of these experiences will also give us some important feedback.It doesnt matter if it rises or falls in the future.Importantly, it requires us to face this real state of growth.

所以，每一次的记录，也将是一次，深刻的反思。
