天津，一座因河而生，凭海而兴的魅力之城。内以运河连通南北重镇

亦有着2000多所西式花园洋房为其注入“洋气”基因，在历史的洪流中成为中西审美荟萃之城。

Tianjin, a charming city born from the river and thriving from the sea. Internally, it is connected to important towns in the north and south by a canal, while externally, the Pacific Ocean absorbs Western culture in an open manner. From its opening as a port to a special economic zone, Tianjin has witnessed Chinas changes: it has a century old commercial store full of historical imprints on the estimated clothing street, as well as over 2000 Western style garden villas that inject a foreign style gene into it, becoming a city where Chinese and Western aesthetics converge in the tide of history.

Space time dialogue blends elegance

客厅作为家宅的生活中心以鲜明的色彩表达了浓郁的法式美学。

意大利天然大理石黑白相间的自然纹理与黄铜的组合呈现着奢华而雍容的松弛感。

The living room, as the living center of the house, expresses a strong French aesthetic with vivid colors. The eye-catching brass fireplace is embedded in the marble wall, and the natural black and white texture of Italian natural marble combined with brass presents a luxurious and elegant sense of relaxation.

超大开面落地窗的优越采光，室内着以深沉的色彩衬托，

视觉上更为舒适。

The superior daylighting of the super large open french window, which is set off by deep colors indoors, balances the over bright light and is more comfortable visually.

设计师运用不同材质的碰撞，展现出空间的肌理，

营造出一个高级、具有品质感的美学空间。

The designer uses collisions of different materials to showcase the texture of the space, expressing a diverse and inclusive urban impression, and creating a high-end and high-quality aesthetic space.

主卧、衣帽间大面积铺设的Art Deco风格的细腻花纹的地毯营造了浪漫与温柔的气氛，

与散发金色光芒的壁挂镜。

The Art Deco style delicate patterned carpets laid extensively in the master bedroom and cloakroom create a romantic and gentle atmosphere, while the decorative floor tiles laid in the master bathroom perfectly echo the dark coral red walls and the wall mounted mirrors emitting golden light.

山水有情 惬意茶居

Scenery, Emotional and Comfortable Tea House

HWCD设计团队运用山、水、石、木等元素，将自然的质感转译为设计语言

东西边界于此消弭，呈现一幅自由通达的图景。

The HWCD design team utilizes elements such as mountains, water, stones, and wood to translate the texture of nature into design language, integrating it throughout the space, interpreting Eastern philosophy with all natural things, and pursuing the essence of life in the bustling city. The boundary between the east and west is eliminated here, presenting a free and accessible landscape.

多功能会客区在方正的布局之中自成章法，以阵列式的分区排布，

当人置身于此，亦可感受移步异景的情景体验。

The multifunctional reception area is arranged in a square layout, with an array of zones to create a leisure reception area, tea tasting area, and tea tasting area. The density is consistent and permeates each other. When people are in this place, they can also experience the scene of moving and experiencing different scenery.

散发着温暖灯光的屏风，上书松树与莽石

围炉品茗是日常的修行。

A screen emitting warm lights, inscribed with pine trees and wild rocks, arousing the desire for immortality, sits on the ground in such a tea room, and sips tea by the fireplace is a daily practice.

卧室色调以暖棕、浅灰为主，运用金属点缀细节，

注入柔和的自然力量，感受充盈与复苏。

The bedroom color scheme is mainly warm brown and light gray, with metal embellishments in details, drawing on the form of water patterns, and recreating a broad and distant realm of life in an artistic abstraction form. In a peaceful and comfortable spatial atmosphere, soft natural forces are injected to feel fullness and revival.

生活仪式感，从熨帖的衬衫和收纳有度的衣帽间体现。

原皮地毯的点缀平衡了刚柔之间的韧性。

The sense of ritual in life is reflected in the ironed shirts and well stocked cloakrooms. The coffee colored glass and metal fiber frame create an elegant and modern wardrobe, while the embellishments of the original leather carpet balance the toughness between rigidity and flexibility.

繁忙的交通路网之上，云庐的每一个空间都自成一派，

承载着心怀梦想与回忆的人对于这座城最美的愿景。

On the busy transportation network, every space in Yunlu forms its own style, carrying the most beautiful vision of people with dreams and memories for this city.
