Dusit Thani Kyoto is a Thai restaurant located in Kyoto, Japan, and PIA Interior draws inspiration from the deep traditional cultures of Thailand and Japan, as if they both tell a unique story. The open Spaces and Thai-style interiors showcase the warmth of the venue and a surprisingly healthy dining experience, designed to create a sensory journey unlike any other for visitors.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, next to the World Heritage Temple of Nishimoto, surrounded by houses and private shops, making it an ideal place for travelers. Dusit Thani Kyoto has 147 rooms on six floors, four above ground and two below ground, which combine two ancient cultural traditions and are characterized by exquisite craftsmanship and hospitality.

5.9m高的宽敞大厅，工作人员以泰国传统的问候方式热情地招呼着每一位客户。而映入眼帘的是一个大型的插花艺术品，上面装点着四季不同的花朵，其形状犹如传统的泰国潘盘，花台由日本工匠用木材雕刻而成。漂浮于空中的蓝色布带让人联想到日本和泰国的靛蓝染色工艺，如传统的泰国花环一般，欢迎着客人的到来，并希望他们把这里当作自己在京都的家。

Entering the spacious 5.9m high hall, the staff warmly greeted each customer with a traditional Thai greeting. What comes into view is a large flower arrangement decorated with four seasons of flowers, shaped like a traditional Thai pan pan, and a flower table carved from wood by Japanese artisans. A floating blue ribbon reminiscent of Japanese and Thai indigo dyeing, like a traditional Thai wreath, welcomes guests and hopes they will make it their home in Kyoto.

The lobby area is separated from the tea salon area by a delicate wooden partition with iron teapots on display, while the salon area has a cozy orange and blue-grey base. Every Saturday at tea time, maikos perform on elevated tatami platforms. The beams on the countertops are elaborately latticed and extend upward to form intricate geometric sculptures, while the adjacent Windows are fitted with bamboo but woven stainless steel shutters.

Ayatana

Down the hall stairs to the Ayatana space for events and dining, the interior has an elegant and nostalgic atmosphere, with dark oak, celadon and platinum green accents on the seating and walls, antique brass and carved aluminum finishes, while recycled antique oak is used to divide the space. The rooms range in size from 40 to more than 80 square meters, with quiet tones, textured finishes, plenty of screens and rounded corners to create a journey about the perfect integration of body and mind.
