多功能融合

如何在有限的空间内满足家庭成员的多样化需求，成为了设计师面临的一大挑战。本案将家庭空间转化为既实用又舒适的多功能区域，以适应不同年龄段的家庭成员。

这个项目委托于 2018 年， 2023 年夏拍照收录。

业主周先生是一位导演，曾执导《驴得水》、《半个喜剧》等知名影视作品 。

导演周申及他的代表作

这个空间内部本身有泳池 因为需求问题被取消，设计师将下沉空间做了一个孩子们的游乐区、攀岩、树洞、滑梯。同时利用这部分层高架出一个二层作为一方父母的临时客房 , 以一个旋转楼梯连接客厅游戏区和二层空间，将三代人的动线活动连接在了一起 。

The space itself, which had a swimming pool, was cancelled due to demand, and the designers turned the sunken space into a childrens play area, rock climbing, tree hole and slide. At the same time, this layer is used to raise a temporary guest room on the second floor as a parent, and a spiral staircase connects the living room and the second floor space, connecting the three generations of active activities together.

设计之初 , 因为周导的职业属性，包括他有两个可爱的女儿。设计师将门厅很重要的一部分区域留了白，配合整面的镜墙，它可以供女孩们舞蹈、表演、嬉闹。也可以作为剧目排练的临时工作场地，同时给入户一个缓冲 ，保留了一部分空间对于陌生访客的私密性。将公共空间和私人空间分区域，这个空间也间隔了不同动线的走向。

At the beginning of the design, because of Zhous professional attributes, including that he has two lovely daughters. The designer left a very important part of the foyer white, with the whole mirror wall, which can be used for girls to dance, perform and play. It can also be used as a temporary work venue for drama rehearsals, and at the same time give a buffer to the entrance, retaining a part of the space for the privacy of strange visitors. The public space and private space are divided into areas, and this space is also separated by the direction of different moving lines.

开放的会客厅提供了空间更多的可能性 ,需要室内空间的艺术性和建筑性去强化自我认知. 通过定制化的设计去讲述 传递和放映属于居住者们自身的故事 。

The open meeting room provides more space possibilities, and requires the artistry and architecture of the interior space to strengthen self-cognition. The residents own stories are told, transmitted and projected through customized designs.

设计师要提供令人愉悦的空间形态、氛围 , 去给予住宅延展的可能性 , 通过空间状态的呈现变化 ,让住宅真正成为记录居住者画像的真实场所。

Designers should provide pleasant spatial form and atmosphere to give the possibility of extension of the house, and make the house truly become a real place to record the portrait of the occupants through the presentation and change of the spatial state.

将大多由家政阿姨操作的中厨及保姆间等，划分在更向内的空间 , 并和主人空间隔开 保证了更好的居住体验。

The kitchen and nanny room, which are mostly operated by domestic aunts, are divided into more inward space and separated from the host space to ensure a better living experience.

主人独立的起居空间，和公共空间包括其他卧室区隔开，保证了完全的私密性和自由度 。挂板衣帽间有一个造型门可以和女儿们的游戏区连通 ，增加了一些空间的趣味性。

The masters separate living space, separated from the public space including the other bedroom areas, guarantees complete privacy and freedom. The cloakroom has a molding door that can connect with the daughters play area, adding some interest to the space.
