Drake Anderson is a New York-based interior design studio founded by award-winning designers Jamie Drake and Caleb Anderson. The studio uses situational eclecticism as their primary design language to create sophisticated, luxurious and surprising interiors. Gotham Glamour Residence

新古典主义建筑中的家

来自西海岸的一对夫妇，被曼哈顿的生活方式所吸引，于是把新家选在了一栋新古典主义建筑之中。Drake Anderson在合适的设计干预下，对住宅展开了一系列的翻新工作：规划了一个全新的厨房、化妆室和具有现代感的浴室梳妆台，局部调整一些门洞和混乱的照明系统，同时保留了大部分空间的原始状态。

A couple from the West Coast, attracted by the Manhattan lifestyle, chose a neoclassical building for their new home. Drake Anderson carried out a series of renovations to the house with appropriate design interventions: a new kitchen, powder room and contemporary bathroom vanities were planned, and some local adjustments were made to the doorways and chaotic lighting system, while retaining much of the space in its original state.

Drake Anderson took inspiration and inspiration from the buildings 1913 warehouse to create a modern, luxurious private home for a family of four. For a family with two children, the childrens growth heralds changing needs, making the design not a one-off, but one with endless possibilities. The interior of the home features an open plan kitchen, dining and living room to ensure visual continuity and transparency.

格鲁吉亚风格

这座有着传统的格鲁吉亚风格的住宅始建于1913年，典雅而开阔，同时体现出独特的艺术性。Drake Anderson对其进行了全新的改造，并在可能修复的地方予以修复，内部所有原始的管道和电力系统都被重新更换。其中一栋老旧的建筑被拆除，增加了新的娱乐空间，而精心制作的新砖块以契合旧的原始砖块，新旧之间，使住宅的历史感得到了合理的尊重。

Built in 1913 in the traditional Georgian style, the house is elegant and open, yet unique in its artistry. Drake Anderson gave it a completely new makeover and restored it where possible, replacing all the original plumbing and electrical systems inside. One of the old buildings was demolished to add a new entertaining space, while the carefully crafted new bricks fit the old original bricks, between the old and the new, so that the historical sense of the house is properly respected.
