这是一套套内使用面积仅有53平，为90后的夫妻两人设计的旧房改造私宅项目。概念源于对在城市中奋斗打拼的年青群体，生活状态的思考。 业主基本需求：1.储物空间尽量多2.需要主卧、儿童房两个卧室及办公功能区3.居住在空间中的功能齐全，方便生活4.希望空间是放松的、简洁的。

玄关处看向客厅与餐厅视角 空间的连续性，创造更多的生活场景与画面 描绘出有温度的生活互动场景。

入户右侧设计转角鞋柜增加收纳空间，左侧墙面通过一面穿衣镜的置入，运用镜面反射原理，把生活阳台光线引进。通过三扇极窄长虹玻璃移门的设计，创造进入客餐厅区域双动线，并形成动线的洄游，使得空间更加灵动而有秩序。移门的开合之间，厨房区域或开放或封闭，增加生活方式的可能性。

餐厅区域丰富功能模块。设计冰箱柜区、岛台区、餐桌区、操作台区域。餐边柜区通过建构的手法，体块穿插的方式做到功能的细化，集收纳空间、操作空间、展示空间于一体。同时横向纵向设计灯光，让餐边柜更具轻盈与立体，做到美学与功能的完美结合。以餐桌为中线，围绕餐桌中线，分割出两条动线，形成一条互为穿透的游走路径，潜移默化地促成业主在其中的行为，增强生活故事线索的串联。灰色不仅仅是一种颜色。绿色色块贯穿空间，打破现代风格孤立的黑白灰模式，形成家的记忆点、独特性，增强家的归属感。

The restaurant area is rich in functional modules. Design refrigerator cabinet area, island area, dining table area, operating table area. The dining side cabinet area achieves the refinement of functions by means of construction and interspersing of blocks, integrating storage space, operation space and display space in one. At the same time, the horizontal and vertical design of lighting, so that the side cabinet more light and three-dimensional, to achieve the perfect combination of aesthetics and function. With the dining table as the Central Line, two moving lines are divided around the middle line of the dining table, forming a walk path that penetrates each other, imperceptibly facilitating the behavior of the owners in it, and enhancing the series of life story clues. Green color blocks run through the space, breaking the isolated black, white and gray pattern of modern style, forming the memory point and uniqueness of home, and enhancing the sense of belonging of home.

Modulus、Proportion

客厅电视墙立面通过其模数、比例的细化与分割，形成一面完整连贯的立面，空间得到延伸。卫生间门与卧室门设计成隐形门，保证空间的私密独立性。灰色的融入，对整个空间色调进行调和，干净的体块营造轻松安静的居家氛围，自然光影流淌于室内，呈现静谧之美。

Artistic conception

色系：整体以柔和的灰色系为主，灯光采用暖色光源，冷暖对比，交相呼应。结构：通过对柜体功能进行体块分解，再进行穿插组合，使空间结构紧密相连，得到延展。意境：灯光、结构与饰品的结合，呈现一幅美丽的日出景象。一人在海边坐着思考什么，太阳发出强光，通过海平面正要冉冉升起。床头乳胶漆面没有经过刻意的平整处理，保持墙面的凹凸感，渐变的灯光让墙面呈现出深浅不一的凹凸体量，虚实之间，仿佛山脉远近绵延。

由于空间尺度的有限，功能体块进行组合，利用层高的纵深空间，设计多功能的书房空间。书房集多功能为一体：储物、睡觉、办公、休闲。作为目前常住人口为夫妻两人，这个空间伴随着共同生长，今后可作为儿童房，一家三口共同生活的场域。
