咖啡馆位于主要广场，已经存在了60多年。这个地方以提供最好的传统和本地面包店而自豪，并吸引了各种类型的客户。从当地农民到游客，每天坐下来喝一杯槟榔和咖啡。

Located in the main square, the cafe has existed for more than 60 years. The place prides itself on offering the best traditional and local bakeries and attracts a wide range of customers. From local farmers to tourists, they sit down and drink a cup of betel nut and coffee every day.

与大多数城镇一样，主要经济来源来自农村，其习俗仍然相关。主人一直尊重他们的农民的工作和传统，这就是为什么乡村和传统废弃的农舍，成为设计的主要灵感。灵感即可见于材料的运用，在每平方米简单设计布局中，搭配一些永恒的家具和灯饰。

Like most small towns, the main source of income comes from the countryside, and their customs are still relevant. Owners have always respected their farmers work and traditions, which is why rural and traditional abandoned farmhouses have become the main inspiration for design. Inspiration can be found in the use of materials, in the simple design layout of every square meter, with some eternal furniture and lighting.

土坯砖和裸露的混凝土墙、手工制作的水泥瓦和粘土屋顶瓦等，都为这个地方传递审美的身份。不是完全伪造的身份，比如咖啡馆所在的房子。它坐落在一座历史悠久的殖民时期的房子里，原来墙壁是用土坯砖砌成的。在施工阶段，按照设计的计划，拆除了这些墙壁的覆盖物，并将古老的土坯砖完全暴露在外。

Adobe bricks and exposed concrete walls, hand-made cement tiles and clay roof tiles all convey the Aesthetic identity of the place. Not a completely fake identity, like the house where the cafe is. Its located in a historic colonial house with adobe walls. During the construction phase, according to the design plan, the coverings of these walls were removed and the ancient adobe bricks were completely exposed.

This design is the result of an expansion of the place where some of the rooms of the neighborhood property are added, such as the original patio, typical of all colonial houses. Though not in the center of the cafe, its its real heart. This is where all the country inspired materials meet, and from here you can see the Gothic carlta of chipaquie church, which is a direct visual connection with the town.

By using various types of chairs, tables and seats, visitors will have different experiences and perspectives on the cafe, depending on the seats they choose. Artificial lighting at night is designed to wrap customers in a very special and warm atmosphere while still highlighting buildings and materials.

西贡的故事情节与这家新店，因为它登达新篇章。设计理念以老西贡形象为核心价值，为客户带来新鲜空气。环形交叉路口，包括登达的历史上最好的价值观，这将抚慰你的心灵与满意，只要你踏上这个地方。

The Saigon story is related to this new store, as it reaches a new chapter. The interior design concept takes the image of old Saigon as the core value to bring fresh air to customers. Roundabouts, including dengdas best values in history, will soothe your heart and satisfy you as long as you set foot on this place.

受到年轻一代可能认为过时的东西的启发，决定利用复古和极高的功能材料和色彩来提醒客户90年代的建筑趋势和社会状况。

Inspired by what the younger generation may think is out of date, we decided to use retro and highly functional materials and colors to remind customers of the architectural trends and social conditions in the 1990s.

项目整体结构，窗户玻璃是分开排列，就像阮顺街42号著名建筑。穿过商店空间的是磨刀石和台阶式瓷砖，它们排列得很优雅，这是西贡古老家庭使用两种主要材料。传统砖被用来建立酒保区，一个小但特殊的地方，希望有助于我们的设计方案。

As for the overall structure of the project, the windows and glasses are arranged separately, just like the famous building at 42 ruanshun street. Through the shop space are grindstones and stepped tiles, which are arranged elegantly, two main materials used by ancient families in Saigon. Traditional bricks are used to build the bartender area, a small but special place, and kesul hopes to contribute to our design.

This place is sure to give you a comfortable and satisfying touch thanks to the layout, combining old-fashioned and retrospective things with groundbreaking and modern delivery. An example can be the green coated walls, which remind people of the atmosphere of old houses, accompanied by round shells, which are painted orange, showing the interference of old and new school styles.

In fact, its safe to say that we rarely participate in traditional and old-fashioned deliverable projects, because in such a modern society, it is often outdated. However, once committed to doing so, the story and core values are ambitiously realized, and customers want to convey them to dengda enthusiasts. In particular, this combination marks the development of modernization and urbanization that dengda has been pursuing throughout the story.
