中海悦江府坐落于广东汕头市东海岸新城，项目用地为全新地块，紧挨新津河。拥有深厚的历史文化底蕴，具有众多历史古迹和文化遗存，各国数万外侨定居于此。大量外侨带来新文化、新艺术，城市是艺术的载体，艺术在此融合延续。

Zhonghai Yuejiang Fu is located in East Coast New Town, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. The project land is a new land parcel, close to Xinjin River. 优雅简约的色彩，富有动感的线条，静止和运动仿佛能在一瞬间转换。流转星河，仿佛我撑船在银河中行走，来承接坠落在地球上的一颗小行星。

Elegant and simple colors, full of dynamic lines, static and movement as if can be changed in an instant. It is as if I am walking in a boat on the Milky Way to pick up an asteroid that has fallen to the earth.

渐变晕染玻璃作为室内设计整体的主调

非比寻常的售楼处水吧区，又超大热熔渐变玻璃依次对称成半弧形形式组合而成。设计师反复对颜色进行打样和纠正，对热熔技术和施工要求同时也非常高。

The unusual water bar area of the sales office is composed of large hot melt glass which is in turn symmetrical into a semi-arc form. Designers repeatedly proofing and correcting the color, the hot melt technology and construction requirements are also very high.

洽谈区的家具材质选择将柔软的皮革和亮面大理石结合，于软硬的对比中，彰显正反面力量对比之间的张力。洽谈区的吊灯犹如宇宙行星的运动轨迹，围绕着中间的一颗不停的转动，这就是宇宙的奥秘简单而又神秘。座椅的形状线条和色彩，优雅且沉稳，透露出对品质的追求。

The furniture material of the negotiation area chooses the combination of soft leather and bright marble, in the contrast of soft and hard, highlighting the tension between positive and negative force contrast. The chandelier in the negotiation area is like the movement track of the planet in the universe, revolving around a star in the middle, which is the mystery of the universe simple and mysterious. The shape, line and color of the chair are elegant and composed, revealing the pursuit of quality.

生物有序,其释放的信息能是无序,自然与生态，是当下一直不变的话题。在空间类，我们希望能够把海中的珊瑚，与陆地的植物，动物放在同一微缩景观中打造出自然的插花形式，动态而柔软，在茂盛的诗庭蔓延出生物之美。

The biological order, its release of information can be disordered, nature and ecology, has been a constant topic at present. In the space category, we hope to put corals in the sea and plants and animals on the land in the same miniature landscape to create a natural flower arrangement, dynamic and soft, spreading the biological beauty in the lush courtyard.

游走在书吧区，讲述了一段关于理想与现实、名利与得失、朋友与对手、传统文化与多媒体文化相碰撞的追梦历程。环境安静惬意，东西摆放的井然有序，氛围休闲随意。

地下一层也是整个售楼处的动线出入口，在这里我们的设计别具一格，中间悬吊的艺术装置是汕头地标性建筑楼体的微缩版，向下无限延伸，寓意一个城市的发展在未来是具有无限的可能性与可开发性，在洽谈区，设计师专门为此空间设计了一款黄铜锻打落地灯，在形式上思路沿袭室内空间造型，虽简单却具有细节和质感。

Underground is the entire floor line entrances and exits, here our design style, middle hanging art installation is shantou landmark building miniature version of infinite extends downward, the significance of the development in the future is a city with unlimited possibility and developable, in the discussion area, stylist designed a special space for this floor lamp, brass forging ideas lineage in form and interior space shape, is simple but it has a detail and texture.
