本案就奉行实用主义原则，根据不同楼层的空间现状，做出相应的调整，以满足业主一家的交流、休闲、办公以及储物需求。

As a container of life, the pragmatic home has quality, which can describe the taste of the owner of the house with texture, and can also provide people with a comfortable living environment. This case adheres to the principle of pragmatism, and makes corresponding adjustments according to the space status of different floors to meet the communication, leisure, office and storage needs of the owners family.

三代人，一家五口，一对夫妻、一对老人、一个7岁的儿子。女业主是人力资源公司的高管，男业主在企业上班。

Three generations, a family of five, a couple, an elderly person, and a 7-year-old son. Female owners are executives of human resources companies, and male owners work in companies.

有一个一家人交流、休闲娱乐的场所。满足男女主人的办公需求 、老人与小孩的储物需求。要求空间通透，风格简约大气，体现生活的品质。

There is a place for family communication, leisure and entertainment. Meet the office needs of the hostess and the storage needs of the elderly and children. It requires transparent space, simple style and atmosphere, reflecting the quality of life.

负一楼：保持了原有建筑建构，由于受到地下室采光的限制，所以将负一楼作为观影空间，满足一家人的休闲娱乐。岛台的设计，为主人提供了喝茶聊天的地方。另外还划分了一间储物间，用于存放平时不用的杂物。灯光，多用筒灯、射灯来营造氛围。

Negative first floor: The original architectural structure is maintained. Due to the limited lighting in the basement, the negative first floor is used as a viewing space to satisfy the familys leisure and entertainment. The design of the island platform provides a place for the host to drink tea and chat. In addition, a storage room is also divided to store sundries that are not usually used. For lighting, use downlights and spotlights to create an atmosphere.

一楼：在原本空间就满足功能的前提下，设计师没有把设计重点放在空间规划上，而是将设计重点放在氛围的营造上，餐厅区域顶部与墙面全部用木饰面装饰，与客厅大面积的白色乳胶漆形成了弱对比，在视觉上划分了餐厅和客厅区域。客厅以黑白灰作为主色调，奠定了整个空间的基调。大理石作为电视背景墙，冰冷的材质与雾化电子壁炉的火焰形成了冷暖碰撞。黑色镜面玻璃作为电视背景墙的点缀，与白色乳胶漆形成黑、白强对比的同时也增加了空间的通透感。满足了业主对空间具有通透感，风格简约大气的需求，并且体现出了主人的高品质生活。

First floor: Under the premise that the original space satisfies the function, the designer did not focus on the design of the space, but on the creation of the atmosphere. The top and walls of the restaurant area are all decorated with wood veneers. It forms a weak contrast with the large area of white latex paint in the living room and visually divides the dining room and living room areas. The living room uses black, white and gray as the main color, laying the tone of the entire space. Marble is used as the TV background wall, and the cold material and the flame of the atomized electronic fireplace form a cold and warm collision. The black mirror glass serves as the embellishment of the TV background wall, which forms a strong contrast between black and white with the white latex paint, and also increases the transparency of the space. It satisfies the owners need for a sense of space, a simple and atmospheric style, and reflects the owners high-quality life.

二楼：由于原来空间功能划分不明晰，空间被大量浪费，设计师重新规划了二楼的空间布局。从而得出了三个空间：儿童房、老人房、书房。书房前后都设计了开放格，可以用于展示艺术摆件，也可以存放大量书籍；书桌前摆放了一张休闲椅，劳累工作后可以，在休闲椅上休息片刻。儿童房在色彩上选用低饱和度的蓝色，丰富了空间的色彩，符合男孩的性格特征。

Second floor: As the original space function was not clearly divided and the space was wasted a lot, the designer re-planned the spatial layout of the second floor. There are three spaces: childrens room, elderly room and study room. Both the front and back of the study are designed with open panels, which can be used to display artistic decorations and can also store a large number of books; there is a lounge chair in front of the desk, and you can rest on the lounge chair for a while after tiring work. The color of the childrens room is low-saturation blue, which enriches the color of the space and conforms to the boys character.

三楼：主要是改变了过道空间，将阳台与主卧分开，使得家事动线更加明晰，不用再经过房间后才能到达阳台。将卫生间、衣帽间、睡眠空间整合在一起，形成一个主卧大套房。在衣帽区摆放一张成品桌，供女主人梳妆或者临时办公使用。

The third floor: Mainly changed the aisle space, separated the balcony from the master bedroom, making the housework more clear, and you dont have to go through the room to reach the balcony. The bathroom, cloakroom, and sleeping space are integrated to form a master suite. Place a finished table in the cloak area for the hostess to dress up or use for temporary office.

空间的功能是设计的基础，氛围是生活的调味料。客餐厅用材质与色彩的对比，着重营造空间的通透与质感。

The function of the space is the basis of the design, and the atmosphere is the spice of life. The first floor uses the contrast of materials and colors to create a space of permeability and texture.

木饰面与乳胶漆墙面形成弱对比，区分餐厅与客厅；

A weak contrast between wood veneer and latex painted walls, distinguishing the dining room from the living room.

黑与白，冷与暖，色调与质感的鲜明对比，简约大气，质感十足，增加了空间的通透感，

Black and white, cold and warm, the sharp contrast of tones and textures, simple atmosphere, full of texture, increasing the sense of transparency of the space.

一间卧室就是独立的小世界，整合卫生间、衣帽间、睡眠空间，有着无可取代的舒适度。

A bedroom is a separate small world, integrating bathroom, checkroom and sleeping space, with irreplaceable comfort.

能原木温润易亲近，与冰冷的大理石碰撞，产生层次丰富的视觉体验与触感。

Raw wood is warm and approachable, colliding with cold marble to produce a richly layered visual experience and sense of touch.

衣帽间的桌子既可以做梳妆台，又能成为临时书桌，空间功能随生活场景自如切换。

The table in the checkroom can be used as both a dressing table and a temporary desk, and the function of the space can be freely switched with the living scene.

大面积的灰与整体色设计风格相统一。哑光砖能有效防污、防水渍，美观实用。

The large area of gray is unified with the overall color design style. Matte tiles can effectively resist stains and water stains, and are beautiful and practical.

极致简约的空间需要用质感和未来的生活来填满。书房拥有超大的书架，靓丽的孔雀蓝在其中跳跃，优雅又灵动；

The ultimate minimalist space needs to be filled with texture and future living. The study has oversized bookshelves in which the beautiful peacock blue jumps with elegance and dynamism.

工作的劳累可以交给休闲椅，让它的柔软舒服驱散办公的辛劳。

The exertion of work can be given to the lounge chair, so that its soft and comfortable to disperse the hard work of the office.

纯净的色调拥有驱散油烟的效果，让空间清爽干净；充裕的收纳空间可以容纳琐碎，维持空间的整洁。

The pure color has the effect of dispelling the grease and smoke, making the space fresh and clean; the ample storage space can accommodate the trivial and maintain the neatness of the space.

地下室略显逊色的采光，用筒灯射灯稍加修饰，恰好可以成为营造影音室氛围的利器。明艳的蓝色也在灯光烘托下，点亮空间。

线性灯随着楼梯线条延伸，加深空间轮廓；深色玻璃扶手让空间的质感更为突出。在楼梯迈出的每一步都是风景。
