Description by Katy Schiebeck: An apartment of 400m2, located on Paseo de Gracia. It is a remodeling of a reconverted floor into a dwelling for tourist development of high standard. Paseo de Gracia is the most listed street of Barcelona and for that we used luxury as a starting point.

We wanted to create a space that outstands over the common dwelling intended for seasonal rental. We bet for the furniture design and artistic works in order to get a sophisticated place with personality.

The kitchen is an extension of the dining room for that we worked with a marble structure. What we needed was to get the interiors were impressive, since the purpose of the reform was to capture as much public as possible.
