Description by BattersbyHowat Architects: Located on a large lot in the West Point Grey area of Vancouver, this five bedroom, three level home sits atop a hill and maximizes views of the city and the surrounding landscape. The clients requested an elegant, modern home with a high level of sophistication but also a home that was not pretentious. The resulting design is an integration of form and function, nature and architecture.
