这个项目的奇异性是与其地段的特殊性联系在一起的，它将深嵌的街区空间与狭窄的街道正面结合起来。因此，其大规模规划的定义直接关系到现有的城市结构，即相邻建筑物的位置实际上是背靠背或面对面的。该项目由4座建筑物组成，其中一座面向大道，另外三座则沿一条贯穿整个地段深度的人行横道组织起来。

This project's singularity is linked to the specificity of its lot, which combines a deep inside block space to a narrow street frontage. The definition of its mass plan is thus directly connected to the existing urban fabric, the position of the neighboring buildings creating de facto back to back or face to face situations. The project is composed of 4 buildings, one facing the avenue, and the three others organized along a pedestrian passage that runs the full depth of the lot.

接近和内部空间。

Proximity and inside spaces.

这种约束组织需要以适当的方式思考民居的定位及其内在的空间性。因此，主要建筑物的正面是两种类型，完全玻璃在前面的阳台，梯田和花园，或保护在较暴露的正面的窗台。

This constraining organization needs to think the dwellings' orientation and their inner spatiality in an appropriate manner. Consequently, the main buildings facades are of two types, fully glazed in front of the balconies, terraces and gardens, or protected by a window sill on the more exposed facades.

 Ground Floor Plan

住宅受益于两个方向，这也是其主要居住空间的情况，其正面还配备了威尼斯定向百叶窗，使用户能够将亲密和阳光穿透结合在一起。

The dwellings benefit from two orientations, which is also the case of their main living spaces, whose facades are furthermore equipped with venetian orientable blinds, devices that allow the user to combine intimacy and sun penetration.

密度/个体化。

Density / Individualization.

这些背景参数是更广泛的反射的一部分，其目的是产生一种城市建筑，意思是紧凑、重复、中立的，同时提出非常个性化的住宅，有宽敞的外部空间，并以合理的数量组合在一起，一个允许跳过电梯和简化建筑物整体技术组织的组织。

These contextual  parameters are part of a broader reflexion that aims to produce an urban architecture, meaning compact, repetitive, neutral, while proposing very individualized dwellings, with generous outside spaces, and assembled in a reasonable bulk, an organization that allows to skip elevators and to simplify the overall technical organization of the buildings.

因此，这一类型学研究导致了一个接近个人标准的分配系统(没有公共空间，通过其外部私人空间…进入住宅)。，但是集成在一个可读的、统一的实体中，适合于项目的城市环境。

This typological research consequently leads to a distribution system close to individual standards (no inside common spaces, access to the dwellings via their outside private spaces…), but integrated in a legible and uniting entity that suits the very urban context of the project.

Metropolitan images / neutrality.

在这种非常密集的环境中，建筑物从周围走一步，同时借用了一些特征，可以在相邻的地段或更广阔的周边看到一般的参照物：非白砖外墙、波纹钢屋顶、大开口和外部空间，的确是从XIXth世纪的工艺车间中汲取灵感的特点，也是战后一种高质量的住宅建筑。

In this very dense setting, the buildings step from their surrounding, while borrowing some features to generic referents visible on the adjacent lots or in a broader perimeter : off-white brick façade, corrugated steel roof, large openings and outside spaces, are indeed characteristics that draw their inspiration from the craft workshops of the XIXth century, but also from a qualitative residential post-war architecture.

面向主干道的建筑由一个商业基地和一个高的城市门廊组成，可以看到停车场后面的景色，还有四层住宅。这个门面的布局是对伟大的城市林荫大道的古典主题的重新诠释，这是一个非常开放的基地和主要的楼层，在那里，白色的砖面与宽的铝框架窗结合在一起。在后面，材料更加多样化，建筑元素更自由地表达(室外楼梯，屋顶，雨水收集器…)。。砖是在这里完成的镀锌钢板，波纹钢屋顶覆盖物和云雾玻璃。

The building facing the main avenue is composed of a commercial base and a high urban porch that opens up the view to the back of the lot, and of 4 levels of dwellings. This façade's layout  is a re-interpretation of the classical themes of the great urban boulevards, a very open base and main stories where off-white brick facings are combined with wide aluminum frame windows. On the rear, the materials are more diverse, and architectonics elements are expressed more freely (outside stairs, roofs, rain water collectors…). The brick is here completed by galvanized steel panels, corrugated steel roof coverings and cloudy glazing.

Open structure / tectonic.

多样性和类型的灌输，我们向外开放住宅的意愿，再加上我们以前在轻墙结构上的试验，自然导致我们设想出一种整合住宅建筑内部约束的结构(水平阳台，掩星设备的集成(…)。同时也为建筑提供了一个更长远的发展方向。

The diversity and the typological imbrication, our will to open up the dwellings to the outside, combined to our former experimentations on light wall structures, naturally led us to conceive a structure that integrates the inner constraints of the dwellings construction (balconies on level, integration of occultation devices…) while offering for the building an easy evolution on a longer term.

-由50x50毫米钢型材组成的非承重正面的轻墙结构，其上是组装的铝窗框或用止水膜和钢或砖块表面覆盖的木板。

- light wall structure of the non-bearing facades composed of 50x50mm steel profiles, on which are assembled aluminium window frames or wood panels covered with a waterstop membrane and steel or brick facings.

因此，这一综合体创造了巨大的开放计划，摆脱了所有的结构限制，自由在正面的构图中得到了非常简单的表达，在这些构图中，窗台、釉面零件和砖墙都像纸模型一样组装在一起，清楚地揭示了它们的接缝和填充状态。

This complex thus creates large open plans, liberated from all structural constraints, freedom that is very simply expressed in the facades' compositions, where sills, glazed parts and bricks side walls are assembled like in a paper model, revealing clearly their seams and their infill status.
