The new restaurant of Catalan chef Sergi Arolarecently opened its doors in China, at the HarbourCity shopping centre in Hong Kong. Sergi Arola’scuisine is characterised by a large respect for andunderstanding of authentic Spanish products, andhe often presents unaltered Spanish recipes in acontemporary way. The interior concept is a strongidentity created by bringing harmony between themenu, the character of the brand and the Vi Cool this harmony was realised by taking SergiArola’s cuisine as the starting point for the interior,and making typical Spanish products, authenticmaterials and Spanish colours part of the ’s colourful daily life was reflected by usingtypical Spanish products, flavours, ingredients andcolours as the basis for the cabinets which are filledwith items such as bottles of sherry vinegar, tinnedanchovies, bottles of wine and much more besides
