Madrid 1970s House Renovation由De la Villa Studio设计工作室打造，项目坐落于马德里Tetuán区一栋1971年的建筑内，设计师以尊重原始建筑的态度完成空间焕新，让老旧公寓变身通透流畅的现代居所。设计团队遵循倾听场地、利用既有条件的核心思路，在保留建筑本底特质的基础上，适配当代居住需求。

The Madrid 1970s House Renovation was designed by De la Villa Studio. The project is located in a 1971 building in the Tetuán district of Madrid. The designer completed the space renovation with an attitude of respecting the original building, transforming the old apartment into a modern residence with a transparent and smooth layout. The design team followed the core concept of listening to the site and making use of existing conditions, while preserving the original characteristics of the building and adapting to contemporary living needs.

空间重构以优化动线为核心，设计师弱化原有长走廊的主导地位，整合零碎格局，提升空间利用率与自然采光。不规则的原始平面未被强行修正，反而成为塑造空间独特性的依托，让行走体验更自然顺畅，整体布局呈现松弛有序的状态。

The spatial reconfiguration focuses on optimizing the movement flow. The designer downplayed the dominant role of the original long corridor, integrated the fragmented layout, and improved the space utilization and natural lighting. The irregular original plan was not forcibly modified; instead, it became the basis for shaping the uniqueness of the space, making the walking experience more natural and smooth, and presenting a relaxed and orderly overall layout.

原木材质的中央体量成为空间核心枢纽，串联客厅与餐厅区域，兼具隐藏移门、整合设备的实用功能。柔和中性色调奠定宁静基底，空间以克制的手法营造氛围，用细腻体量与触感材质塑造层次，避免视觉堆砌，传递温和雅致的居住感受。

The central volume made of raw wood serves as the core hub of the space, connecting the living room and dining area. It also features hidden sliding doors and integrated equipment, fulfilling practical functions. The soft and neutral color scheme establishes a serene foundation. The space is created with restrained techniques to create an atmosphere, using delicate volumes and tactile materials to create layers, avoiding visual clutter and conveying a gentle and elegant living experience.

室内与露台无缝衔接，最大化引入自然光，拓展视觉边界。空间中置入Arflex品牌绿色Marenco沙发，以复古单品呼应建筑年代，形成新旧对话。整案以质朴材料与低调设计，重新定义现代轻奢，让居住者获得舒适安定的感官体验，呈现本质而高级的生活形态。

The interior seamlessly connects with the terrace, maximizing the introduction of natural light and expanding the visual boundaries. Green Marenco sofas by the Arflex brand are placed in the space, echoing the architectural era with vintage pieces and creating a dialogue between the old and the new. The entire project is defined by simple materials and understated design, redefining modern luxury and providing residents with a comfortable and stable sensory experience, presenting a fundamental and high-end lifestyle.
