Dona Christina是位于洛杉矶的一栋经典世纪中期住宅，由设计师可可·格林布拉姆（Coco Greenblum）带领STUDIO COCO GREENBLUM团队完成整体修复与焕新改造，为一对活跃于好莱坞的年轻创意夫妇打造专属居所。项目以尊重建筑原真性为前提，保留住宅标志性结构与历史细节，同时注入当代生活逻辑，让老建筑在新时代呈现舒展活力。

Dona Christina is a classic mid-century residence located in Los Angeles. It was restored and renovated by the STUDIO COCO GREENBLUM team led by designer Coco Greenblum to create a bespoke home for a young, creative couple active in Hollywood. The project respects the originality of the building, preserving its iconic structure and historical details while infusing contemporary living logic, allowing the old building to exude vitality in the new era.

空间以世纪中期风格为基底，色调与材质延续时代经典质感，胡桃木定制柜体、复古大理石台面与意大利70年代镜面等元素共同构筑沉稳底色，传递温和而克制的美学气质。设计师从当地古董商处甄选大量中古家具与灯具，搭配经典设计师单品，让Milo Baughman皮椅、Carl Auböck灯具等名作自然融入日常场景，形成复古与实用的平衡表达。

The space is based on the mid-century style, with the color tones and materials continuing the classic texture of the era. Custom walnut cabinets, vintage marble countertops, and Italian 1970s mirrors and other elements jointly create a stable base color, conveying a gentle and restrained aesthetic quality. The designer selected a large number of vintage furniture and lamps from local antique dealers and paired them with classic designer items, allowing masterpieces such as Milo Baughman leather chairs and Carl Auböck lamps to naturally blend into daily scenes, achieving a balanced expression of retro and practicality.

色彩成为空间情绪的关键载体，可可·格林布拉姆（Coco Greenblum）以饱和丝绒、暖调木色与艺术画作构建层次，打破中性色的单调，让空间鲜活却不张扬。开放式平面最大化引入加州自然光，艺术藏品与定制软装相互呼应，客厅、餐厅与卧室各自形成独立氛围，满足社交、休憩与私密生活的多元需求。

Color becomes the key carrier of spatial mood. Coco Greenblum uses saturated velvet, warm wood tones and art pieces to build layers, breaking the monotony of neutral colors and making the space lively yet not ostentatious. The open floor plan maximizes the introduction of natural light from California, and the art collection and custom soft furnishings echo each other. The living room, dining room and bedroom each form an independent atmosphere, meeting the diverse needs of socializing, relaxation and private life.

艺术与生活在此深度交织，墙面陈列RC Gorman、Colt Seager等艺术家作品，庭院经规划成为雕塑花园，室内外视觉连贯统一。整体设计贴合屋主职业特性与生活习惯，兼顾耐用性与舒适度，既致敬世纪中期现代主义文脉，又以好莱坞式活力赋予住宅当代气质，呈现兼具历史底蕴与个人温度的理想居所。

Art and life are deeply intertwined here. The walls showcase the works of artists such as RC Gorman and Colt Seager. The courtyard has been planned as a sculpture garden, and the indoor and outdoor spaces are visually coherent and unified. The overall design is in line with the homeowners professional characteristics and lifestyle, taking into account durability and comfort. It pays tribute to the mid-century modernist tradition while infusing the residence with the vitality of Hollywood, presenting an ideal residence that combines historical depth with personal warmth.
