his project centers on the concept of a “collection container,” reflecting the post-90s homeowner’s cross-cultural perspective and refined aesthetic sensibilities. Their experience studying in the United States has fostered an open and rational approach to design, while their collection of trendy toys serves as a spiritual outlet—one that demands a fitting presentation within a minimalist setting. The space establishes its foundation through expansive negative space and restrained material selection, allowing every classic piece of furniture and every avant-garde designer light fixture to stand as an art object that can be appreciated on its own.
Precision in detailing permeates every junction—the interfaces between walls, cabinets, and ceilings are executed with architectural precision, eliminating superfluous lines to present a clean, sculptural sense of order. The curated lighting selection balances functionality with sculptural quality, creating a silent yet dynamic contrast with trendy collectibles; classic furniture from both domestic and international sources is juxtaposed, fostering a subtle dialogue between Eastern and Western aesthetics within the minimalist framework. The entire space functions as a rational yet warm collector’s box, embracing passion while defining the texture of life.
In the living room, a large vintage sofa anchors the space, creating a contrast of weight and light with the minimalist coffee table. A vintage armchair and a textured rug delineate a relaxed, restful zone. The TV wall incorporates an oversized screen with minimalist precision; all equipment is completely concealed, leaving only a monochromatic block. A custom stainless-steel fireplace extends horizontally from a leather-textured stone base, precisely mirroring the materials of the dining area—the coolness of metal and the warmth of stone engage in a renewed dialogue, granting the space a visual continuity that transcends mere functionality.

The first-floor public area adopts "display as storage" as its core strategy, liberating collectible toys from the constraints of traditional storage logic and integrating them into the sequence of spatial art installations. A custom-designed integrated system of circular metal-and-glass display cases uses precise modular design to organize the diverse collection, creating a visual tension of "order within chaos" within a structured framework, thereby becoming the space’s primary focal point.
The vertical circulation abandons traditional staircases, instead utilizing a fully transparent elevator to create a spatial installation that blends functionality with artistry. It serves not only as a conduit between floors but, through its suspended transparent form, transforms the act of traversing into a dynamic experience of viewing the collection—as the elevator ascends and descends, the collectibles, lighting, display cases, and architecture create ever-changing perspectives, elevating “companionship” beyond static display to become a three-dimensional narrative that invites exploration and appreciation.

Here, the collection is not merely housed but imbued with a sense of ritual. Against a backdrop of meticulously finished edges and a minimalist foundation, the space accommodates this precision-engineered artistic system, ultimately presenting a living environment that seamlessly integrates function, display, and spiritual companionship.

本案以“藏品容器”为空间内核,回应90后居者的跨文化视野与极致审美。留美经历赋予其开放而理性的设计认知,潮玩收藏作为精神投射,需在一方极简场域中获得恰如其分的呈现。空间以大面积留白与克制的材质铺陈构筑基底,让每一件经典家居、每一盏新锐设计师灯具皆成为可被独立阅读的艺术存在。
极致收口贯穿于所有节点——墙面、柜体、天花交界面以建筑级精度处理,消弭多余线条,呈现利落如雕塑的秩序感。灯具选品兼具功能与雕塑性,与潮玩形成无声的张力对仗;国内外经典家具并置,在极简框架下完成东西方审美的隐性对话。整体空间如一处理性而温润的收藏匣,容纳热爱,亦定义生活的质感
客厅以大型中古沙发占据场域重心,与极简茶几形成时间的轻重对仗。复古单人躺椅与肌理地毯勾勒松弛的休憩界面。电视墙以极简手法嵌入超大幅屏幕,设备全然隐退,仅留黑白体块。定制不锈钢壁炉与皮革纹石材地台水平延展,与餐厅材质精确对位——金属冷冽、石材温润,在此再度对话,空间获得跨越功能的视觉连续。
一楼公区以“展示即收纳”为核心策略,将潮玩收藏从储物逻辑中解放,纳入空间艺术陈设的序列。专属规划的环形金属玻璃展示柜集成系统,以精密模数化解藏品的纷杂,令其在秩序框架内呈现“乱中有序”的视觉张力,成为空间第一重焦点。
垂直动线则摒弃传统步梯,以一座全透明电梯构筑兼具功能与艺术性的空间装置。它不仅是楼层之间的媒介,更以悬浮的透明体量,将穿行本身化为动态的收藏观摩体验——升降之间,潮玩与灯光、展柜与建筑形成不断变化的观看视角,让“陪伴”不再局限于静态陈列,而成为可游可赏的立体叙事。
收藏在此不仅被安放,更被赋予仪式感。空间以极致收口与极简基底为背景,容纳这套精密如机械的艺术系统,最终呈现一个将功能、陈列与精神陪伴高度统合的生活场域。

                            

                            

                            

                            

                            

                            

                            

                            
In the first-floor dining area, load-bearing columns serve as anchor points, with dining tables and the kitchen island interwoven to create a meandering circulation path—the columns transform from obstacles into central hubs where function and flow converge.
The floating kitchen island is clad in natural stone with a leather-like texture, exuding warmth and refinement; the stainless steel cabinets in the background feature a cool, metallic finish. This clash of softness and hardness generates a natural tension. The fully recessed, invisible lift-up range hood remains hidden from view; when raised, it resembles a precision mechanical device, elevating everyday cooking into a spatial ritual. At the corner, outward-opening bus-style doors conceal a walk-in, ultra-high-capacity storage room—when closed, the doors maintain the facade’s minimalist purity; when opened, they reveal astonishing storage capacity, concealing functional volume within the architectural boundaries.

                            

                            

                            

                            

                            

                            
一楼餐厅区以承重柱为锚点,餐桌与岛台穿插咬合,生成洄游动线——柱体由障碍转为核心枢纽,功能与流线在此交汇。
悬浮岛台覆以皮革纹天然石材,温润细腻;背景不锈钢橱柜以冷冽金属质感铺陈,刚柔对撞,张力自生。全嵌入隐形升降烟机隐于无形,升起时如精密机械装置,将日常烹饪升格为空间仪式。转角处以外开巴士门藏入步入式超大容量储物间

二楼主卧以承重墙为界,衣帽展示柜与半高柜隔而不断,生成双洄游动线。承重墙由结构障碍转化为空间中枢——两侧柜体以穿插手法与之咬合,既化解了柱体的突兀,又赋予其功能属性。穿行之间,衣帽收藏如精品展陈般铺陈于视线两侧,收纳与展示在此统合为一。半高柜维持视线穿透与空间连贯,让更衣、洗漱、休憩各功能区在环绕中自由衔接,动线流畅而不割裂。这一设计将结构的必然性转化为空间的叙事性,让私密场域亦获得建筑级的秩序美感。
基于对极简秩序与个性收藏的双重需求,我们摒弃了传统的单一路径,引入了 “三重洄游动线”。环形金属玻璃展柜集成展示系统,让潮玩收藏在秩序中成为视觉焦点;透明电梯垂直贯穿,以穿行本身构筑动态观摩体验。所有交接处以毫米级精度收口,呈现建筑级秩序感。
空间于此,是收藏的容器,亦是仪式的剧场

In the master bedroom on the second floor, the load-bearing wall serves as a boundary, with the walk-in closet and half-height cabinets creating a separation that remains open, forming a dual circulation path. The load-bearing wall is transformed from a structural obstacle into a spatial hub—the cabinets on either side interlock with it through an interlocking design, both mitigating the column’s prominence and endowing it with functional utility. As one moves through the space, clothing and accessories are displayed along both sides like items in a curated exhibition, seamlessly integrating storage and display. The half-height cabinet maintains visual permeability and spatial continuity, allowing the dressing, washing, and resting areas to flow freely in a circular arrangement, creating a smooth and unbroken circulation. This design transforms structural necessity into spatial narrative, endowing the private realm with architectural-level order and aesthetic appeal.
To address the dual needs for minimalist order and personalized collections, we abandoned the traditional single-path layout and introduced a “triple-loop circulation route.” An integrated circular metal-and-glass display system makes the collectible figurines the visual focal point within this orderly setting; a transparent elevator runs vertically through the space, creating a dynamic viewing experience through the act of movement itself. All junctions are finished with millimeter-level precision, presenting an architectural sense of order.
Here, the space serves as both a vessel for collections and a theater for rituals—within its extreme restraint, it harbors warmth, tension, and the full precision of life.
