Residence 69位于让·努维尔（Jean Nouvel）设计的53 West 53塔楼69层，是安贝·波耶事务所（Humbert - Poyet）落地纽约的首个住宅作品，以艺术收藏为核心，构建高端高层居住空间范本。项目由邦典置地集团（Pontiac Land Group）开发，整层建筑面积约536㎡，建筑外立面采用全玻璃幕墙设计，最大化引入曼哈顿天际线与中央公园景观，践行建筑与艺术共生的设计理念。

Residence 69 is located on the 69th floor of the 53 West 53 Tower designed by Jean Nouvel. It is the first residential project by the Humbert - Poyet firm in New York, centered around art collections and aiming to create a model for high-end high-rise living spaces. The project was developed by Pontiac Land Group. The entire floor has an area of approximately 536 square meters. The buildings exterior features a full glass curtain wall design, maximizing the exposure to the Manhattan skyline and Central Park views, and embodying the design concept of symbiosis between architecture and art.

项目采用递进式空间布局，入口区域实现视线自然过渡，起居与餐厨空间直面核心景观，酒吧、书房与主沙龙无缝衔接，西南角规划独立私密办公区，主卧套间布局于南侧，实现自然采光最大化。设计团队通过墙体分割、层高调整与灯光系统规划，在建筑原有斜向结构与清水混凝土肌理基础上，塑造空间私密感与归属感，同时保留城市景观的通透视野。

The project adopts a progressive spatial layout. The entrance area achieves a natural transition of vision. The living and dining areas face the core landscape directly. The bar, study, and main salon are seamlessly connected. An independent private office area is planned in the southwest corner. The master bedroom suite is arranged on the south side, maximizing natural lighting. The design team uses wall division, floor height adjustment, and lighting system planning to create a sense of privacy and belonging in the space, while maintaining the transparent view of the urban landscape.

室内设计融合艺术陈设与定制化工艺，项目联合创意艺术伙伴（Creative Art Partners），引入贾斯珀·约翰斯（Jasper Johns）等知名艺术家作品，实现陈设与空间尺度、节奏的高度契合。团队携手托雷工坊（Atelier de la Torre）打造专属墙面肌理，联合菲利普·于雷（Philippe Hurel）定制家具，搭配欧洲工坊青铜饰面与高端纺织面料，依托自然光线凸显材质层次与质感。

The interior design integrates artistic furnishings and customized craftsmanship. The project collaborates with creative art partners (Creative Art Partners), introducing works by renowned artists such as Jasper Johns, achieving a high degree of harmony between the furnishings and the spatial scale and rhythm. The team works with Atelier de la Torre to create exclusive wall textures, collaborates with Philippe Hurel to customize furniture, combines European workshop bronze finishes and high-end textile fabrics, and highlights the material layers and textures through natural light.

该项目探索纽约高端住宅设计全新路径，突破传统同质化设计模式，以系统化设计语言平衡景观资源与室内空间价值。法式精工工艺与当代都市居住需求深度融合，为高层玻璃幕墙住宅室内设计提供成熟参考，证明室内空间营造与城市景观利用在高端居住项目中的同等重要性。

This project explores a new path for the design of high-end residences in New York, breaking away from the traditional homogeneous design model. It uses a systematic design language to balance the landscape resources and the value of the interior space. The French craftsmanship and contemporary urban living needs are deeply integrated, providing a mature reference for the interior design of high-rise glass curtain wall residences, and proving that the creation of interior spaces and the utilization of urban landscapes are of equal importance in high-end residential projects.
